A Great Little Dessert to Add to the "Beach Party" Atmosphere
Pudding cups, crushed vanilla wafers and a cocktail umbrella make a great beach party dessert!Hello Kitty lovers will enjoy this fun dessert...Mom will love how easy it is to make!
(This recipe calls for instant pudding, but purchased pudding cups simplify the process!)

You're gonna love it!
This really is a YUMMY snack! The kids will love it....what am I saying???EVERYONE will love it!
KITTEN CHOW
8-cups Rice or Corn Chex, or combination of the two
1/3 cup peanuts ( optional )
1/4 cup raisins, ( optional )
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Wax paper
Put powdered sugar into a large plastic bowl, preferably one with a lid.
Place a sheet of wax paper on the counter. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter ( in seperate pans )
After completely melted, in a seperate bowl, pour the peanut butter over a portion of the cereal.
After coated completely, repeat this step with the chocolate.
If you are using the peanuts and the raisins, mix them into this mixture.
After everything is covered, put the mixture into the powdered sugar bowl, fasten the lid onto the bowl and shake away!
Once all of the cereal is covered place it on the wax paper to cool. ...Then chow down!
Since this is for a party recipe, place the kitten chow into small baggies and tie with a colorful ribbon!
Your guests will love their individual servings of Kitten Chow...Enjoy!
