Got friends on MySpace? Get them to download Skype or MySpaceIM with Skype. Then add them to your Skype contact list and you've got even more people to talk to for free. Simply search for their MySpaceIM name.

Adding someone to your contact list is easy. But you can also add people who are not yet on Skype and call them on their phones and mobiles at pretty low rates wherever they are.

Right Side Up

The best way to think of the Message Magic Pulsating Matrix is to first consider it to be a 3x7 Forced Matrix. It builds in the traditional way everyone is familiar with, meaning 3 people on level 1, 9 people on level 2, 27 people on level 3 and so on... To maximize the benefits of this pulse an organization needs to concentrate on building on TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) success.

As new members come in during this pulse and pay their $15 fee, and as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid, earnings related to these payments ($2 per person per level) get stamped seven levels upward.

The 1st Pulse lasts for 1 day and then we move to the 2nd Pulse.

The 2nd PULSE - The 2nd pulse gives the newest person the excitement that comes with being at the top of a forced matrix.

Up Side Down

When we shift from the 1st Pulse to the 2nd Pulse what we do is this: we turn the entire matrix upside down. In other words, the last person in becomes the top of the matrix and we rebuild the matrix in perfect formation from that last position (last in) backwards to the first position (the first one in will now be placed at the BOTTOM of the matrix!).

This structure makes people WANT to join, even though they are coming in long after the business started. Think of this... Imagine how exciting it is for a person who joins and suddenly finds out they are at the top of a 3x7 matrix?!?!?!

And then for this day as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid, these earnings ($2 per person per level) get stamped seven levels upward going to the NEWEST PEOPLE who just came in!

The 2nd Pulse lasts for 1 day and then we move to the 3rd Pulse.

The 3rd PULSE - This is to ensure nobody gets left behind.

In Side Out

When we shift from the 2nd Pulse to the 3rd Pulse we once again rebuild the entire matrix, this time it is sorted in descending order based on how much a person has earned while a member of The Pulsating Matrix (which considers both monthly fees and accumulated earnings). In other words, the people who have earned the LEAST (net) will be at the TOP of the matrix and it will build downward based on how LITTLE they have earned so far. It also means those people who have earned the MOST will now be placed at the BOTTOM of the matrix!

And then for this day as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid these earnings ($2 per person per level) will be stamped seven levels upward going to the people who have earned the least! You would have to agree this goes way beyond what is normally considered to be fair!!

The 3rd Pulse lasts for 1 day and then we move to the 4th Pulse.

The 4th PULSE - This is to give leaders residual rewards.

The Leaders Pool

To qualify to earn in this pool all you need to have is 3 or more personally referred accounts that are active, meaning they are up to date on their payments. And of all the businesses you run across this is probably one of the easiest to get referrals in so qualifying should be no problem for anyone who tries.

What we do is this: we will go through all the accounts in the matrix, see who has 3 or more active referrals and add them up for each person. Each active referral counts as 1 share in the pool.

Then as recurring payments come in throughout the day 14 of every 15 dollars coming in will be allocated to the leaders pool.

Then at the end of the day when we switch to the next pulse we will know the total value of the pool. The total value divided by the total shares gives us a value per share. Each qualifying member will then be paid their portion of the pool according to how many shares they have, and the overall stats will be posted on the news page.

The 4th Pulse lasts for 1 day and then we move to the 5th Pulse.

The Randomized Matrix

When we shift from the 4th Pulse to the 5th Pulse what we do is this: We will find all unexpired accounts that have made a minimum of 2 payments, randomize them, and place them in the new company wide 3 x Infinity matrix.

We will then randomize all remaining accounts and place them one after the other under the accounts of the previous step.

This structure makes people want to stay with the company because once every 5 days they have a chance to be part of the top of a company-wide 3 x Infinity matrix for the day, i.e. if people really "get it" then there is lower attrition.

The 5th Pulse lasts for 1 day and then we start over at the 1st Pulse.

The Payout

Message Magic Software pays it's members $2 per person per level throughout the matrix. Keeping in mind the monthly license fee for using the software is only $15, this represents an industry leading, and astounding, 93.3% payout!

In recognition of the excitement that being paid has for people, at the end of each complete cycle of 5 pulses we close all open invoices having a value of $10 or more in accumulated earnings and then pay the invoices that were closed 10 days previous. That's right, payday is every 5 days!
