Day 1

I'm doing the BEST option, so today/tonight is the first pre-cleanse day.

1/4 less food than normal. It instructs to eat 3/4 of your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've kept it mostly vegetarian and raw foods.

Back to the "hidden" ingredients

So how do food companies manage to hide excitotoxins and taste additives to their foods? It's easy: They just keep changing the words to confuse consumers. Once customers learned to avoid MSG / monosodium glutamate, the food companies started using yeast extract.

And now, two years after I started sounding the alarm on yeast extract, many companies have switched to "torula yeast," which accomplishes the same thing. Other hidden sources of MSG include:

* Autolyzed vegetable protein
* Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
* Calcium caseinate
* Sodium caseinate
* Textured protein

The ingredients "stacking" trick

Food companies also use the ingredients stacking trick to intentionally leave you with the wrong impression about what's really in their food products.

For example, one company makes a nutrition bar that's absolutely loaded with sugar, but they way they've arranged the ingredients prevents sugar from appearing as the #1 ingredient. Instead, the first ingredient is rice. But looking down the label, you'll find all the following forms of sugar, all in the same nutrition bar:

* Sugar
* Sucrose
* High-fructose corn syrup
* Corn syrup solids
* Dextrose

Add all these up, and the #1 component in the bar is, indeed, sugar (or sugary substances). But the manufacturer has used ingredients stacking to make you think the top ingredient is actually rice.

It's a clever, dishonest technique used by food companies to lie with food labels.

Remember, the longer the ingredients label, the less healthy the food. Read those ingredients lists before buying foods, and if you discover chemical names that you can't pronounce, don't buy the food!

Registration vs. Recording

"Registration" comes from Latin "rex, regis" etc. meaning regal. So think about what occurs to whatever you 'register' - you hand legal title over to the Crown. When you register anything with the public, it releases legal title to the government corporation and leaves you with only equitable title - the right to use, not own, and for that use you will pay a 'use' tax which is every tax, be it income, sin, sales, property, etc. as opposed to lawful taxes, excise and impost. So that it doesn't appear that the government now owns the property which you have registered they put it in a name which so much resembles your own that you won't suspect it, however, the NAME is owned by the government. If you choose rather to record your legal title to your property with the public, you maintain your status as Title Owner. This is one of the most important things you can ever learn for the sake of your commercial affairs.

The best example of the effects of registration is the birth certificate. A bankrupt entity - city, state/province, country - cannot operate in commerce. So how do they manage? Since USA/CA have been bankrupt for decades, having no substance such as gold and silver to back it, the only asset it has are men and women and our labour. We are the collateral for the interest on the loan of the World Bank. Each of us is registered, via the application for a birth certificate. The Treasury issues a bond on the birth certificate and the bond is sold at a securities exchange and bought by the FRB/BoC, which then uses it as collateral to issue bank notes. The bond is held in trust for the Feds at the Depository Trust Corporation. We are the surety on said bonds. Our labour/energy is then payable at some future date. Hence we become the 'transmitting utility' for the transmission of energy. The USG/CAG, in order to provide necessary goods and services, created a commercial bond (promissory note), by pledging the property, labour, life and body of its citizens, as payment for the debt (bankruptcy). This commercial bond made chattel (property) out of us all. We became nothing more than 'human resources' and collateral for the debt. This was without our knowledge and/or our consent, via the filing (registration) of our birth certificates.

When mums apply for a birth certificate, the application is registered. The legal title of her baby is then transferred from mum to the State. Mum is left with equitable title of her baby whom she can use for a fee - a 'use tax' - and since the property does not belong to her, she has to treat it in the manner which the owner wants.

Colonel Edward Mandell House is attributed with giving a very detailed outline of the plans to be implemented to enslave the American people. He stated, in a private meeting with Woodrow Wilson (President 1913 - 1921), "Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property (that's you and your children) in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency.
Every American will be forced to register or suffer being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattels (property) and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading (Birth Certificate) to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, secured by their pledges.

They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debts to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges.

This will inevitably reap us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud, which we will call "Social Insurance." Without realizing it, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and we will employ the high office (presidency) of our dummy corporation (USA) to foment this plot against America." - Colonel Edward Mandell House

This is why I coach those who intend to 'marry' not to sign anything. Centuries ago, a man put a ring on a woman's finger and declared, "With this ring, I thee wed". Family members were the witnesses and that was it. There was no state-issued licence to sign ... frightful! Children can be taken from their parents because of the marriage licence. Do not invite into your private contract a third party which happens to be public, cares not about the interests of the other two parties, and has every legal right to force them to acquiesce to its demands. Your marriage ceases to be your own; the third party will tell you if and when you can end the marriage; the third party will dictate that your children will:

1. require a birth certificate and SSN/SIN
2. require a gov't-directed (AMA/CMA) doctor to attend to his health,
3. be vaccinated by mandate,
4. attend the Public Fool System,
5. be prescribed and drugged by Ritalin,
6. sign up with the armed forces, etc.
Your child will be a 'ward of the state' and the state will have prior say in what IT thinks is best for your child - you will not have jurisdiction over him.

The birth certificate created a FICTION (the name of the baby in upper case letters). The state/ province sells the birth certificate to the Commerce Department of the corporations of USA/CA, which in turn places a bond on the birth certificate thereby making it a negotiable instrument, and placing the fiction, called a STRAWMAN, into the warehouse of the corporations of USA/CA. Representation for the created fiction was given to the BAR (British Accredited Registry/Regency), owned and operated by the Crown, for the purpose of contracting the fiction (which most of us think is ourselves) into a third party action. Do not underestimate the power behind this trick. It is to con us into contracting with the feds so that they can 'legally' confiscate our property. All these contracts have only our signatures on them because corporate fictions cannot contract (only natural beings have the right to contract - and the right not to contract). Because there is no full disclosure - we are never told that we have just signed away what we believe to be our property - these contracts are fraudulent, and hence, we are still the lawful owner and the profit earned by the feds from selling securities (our property) belongs to us and must go into a fund for our benefit, otherwise it would be fraud. Not wanting to be charged with fraud, the feds had to create a remedy for us ...and hope we wouldn't discover it.

For decades, through its 'public' school system, the government has managed to deceive us about some very important facts. All facets of the media (print, radio, television) have an ever-increasing influence in our lives and are controlled by government and its agencies, via the issuance of licences. We have slowly and systematically been led to believe that any form of our names represents us, which is not so.

Another good friend that I wanted to mention here as well. She's another one that has been there for me too.

We met on EW forum, and we would all be in the boosting sessions on there each week. Back then, it was a lot of fun.

I actually got to meet her and Constantin in May of 2005 at an EW gathering at the Croft's house. Everyone that was there was nice, but she was the only one that I truly connected with. It was like, I only wanted to hang out with her and no one else. Her husband Constantin is very funny and was also a pleasure to be around. They rode with us to the park to take a walk. We all went and it was most fun.

She even likes the house and trance music, like I do as well. Her and I have a lot in common, and can pick up on each other pretty well.

She's an adept psychic as far as I'm concerned and she knows when something is up with me. At the Croft gathering, there were other psychics there too, and ONLY SHE picked up on something that none of the others picked up on.

She too, has also been there for me. She has never dissed me or casted me aside. She has been very kind and loving to me too. A very great friend indeed.

I cut up with the guys, but she is like the only girl that I can cut up with, and believe me, we like to cut up too. It's also really rare that I'm close friends with other women too, since most I've ever been friends with has stabbed me in the back. She has never done me wrong. Ever.

Most other women I don't trust as far as I can throw them. Let me tell ya, I have SERIOUS TRUST ISSUES with other women usually. But Lilly, I do trust. I will never have to worry about her stabbing me in the back or using me. After all, actions speak louder than words. And she has been genuine and straight with me.

It's always a pleasure talking with her and even a greater pleasure when I got to meet her in 2005. I'm hoping that I can visit with her soon.

She's also adept in energy work, and let me tell you, she has pulled me out of many a rough night. I tend to be high strung and get trapped energy and indigestion in my solar plexus, and by the time she has finished remote healing and energy work, I'm sleeping like a baby. And the name Jasmine. There's just something about the name I even love. I've always loved the name. Loved it so much that I had a cat that named Jasmine too.

Summer of 2006, I was sitting in the car waiting for my takeout to be done. Usually waiting in the car, I'm always looking at the sky at the cloud formations, etc...

I had seen a couple of watchers that I had immediately blasted, which disappeared. Then I saw a cloud that was perfectly shaped like a woman's reproductive organs. Most of you know how they look in pictures and all. Well, this cloud was perfectly shaped & formed complete with uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and cervix. Then, to the lower left was a darker colored cloud shaped like either a dog or some kind of beast with its mouth wide open moving upward towards the "reproductive organs" shaped cloud.

I didn't know at the time what that meant or was telling me, but last spring I was thinking about it, and then it dawned on me, that I knew exactly what it meant. It was before this Gardasil (HPV) vaccine was being made mandatory, and it was a CLEAR WARNING. TPTB are after the young girls. This is a clearly a sterilization program.

It is beyond me, how people put their children on the medical block of sacrifice, without even a question on these vaccines, and what they do.

What a crying fucking shame. This breaks my heart truly. I mean, I hate this worse than a two-bit slut ho bag after my man.

It's no wonder I'm so grieved that I want to quit. It's too unsettling.

Brittany is a twelve-year-old who doesn't like to sit still.

The Florida girl played softball. She ran cross country. The plan was to stay on the team and get a college scholarship, but those dreams drastically
changed.

"She was walking through my house and collapsed. She told me she couldn't feel her leg. We went right to the hospital," says Christina Bell, Brittany's mom.

Bell says there were no answers at first, but then she started to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Two weeks before her daughter's collapse, Brittany received her first injection of a vaccine called Gardasil.

"The doctor recommended we get the Gardasil shot and I'd been thinking about it because I've seen it on TV all the time," says Bell.

The vaccine, produced by Merck, is to help prevent contracting the Human Papillomavirus or HPV. The virus causes 70 percent of cervical cancer.

Over the last year, the vaccine has been the center of moral controversy, but little has been mentioned about the number of vaccine reactions reported to the FDA. Recent news reports link an association with paralysis and death with the vaccine.

"The reason I'm skeptical with this is this isn't a virus," says Dr. Guy Benrubi, an OB/GYN with Shands.

Dr. Benrubi says the HPV vaccine is one of the safest and he recommended it to his own child.

"The immediate risks are minimal. The FDA looked at those. We have not seen any major catastrophes," says Dr. Benrubi.

Benrubi says the majority of complaints are patients fainting during or after the shot. So far, more than four million vaccinations have been done and nearly 4,000 adverse reactions have been reported.

"Even the worst case scenario, if you have four thousand in four million that is a one to one thousand potential adverse effect," says Dr. Benrubi.

The list of complaints range from temporary blindness, blurry vision, convulsions, seizures and numbness in arms and legs that won't go away.

"If you know something is happening why do you let it continue?" asks Bob Giuliano, Brittany's grandfather.

Giuliano and his daughter want answers as to how they didn't know paralysis could be a possibility for Brittany.

"I am very angry," says Brittany's mom. After months of physical therapy, Brittany still has no feeling in her left leg.

Getting around is difficult. It's hard for Brittany to walk and balance and she often needs a little help.

"She's mad. I can tell she's mad," says Brittany's mom. A little shy, Brittany did not want to talk to us, but she did want her story told so parents and young girls know how her life has changed.

Now she is learning to cope with braces, crutches and a walker. "It's changed everything for us," says Bell.

Brittany's doctors have diagnosed her with Acute Demyelinating Encephalomyelitis or ADEM. It is an inflammation of the brain that has been associated with a vaccination.

"I think there is a little cart before the horse going on here. I'm not saying this is not a good vaccine, but anyone who is going to have their daughter or child have this shot, they need to be fully informed of risks or potential risks associated with it," says Sean Cronin, Brittany's attorney.

Cronin says he can't go after Merck with a lawsuit because Gardasil is now part of a federal fund which pays out to those injured from vaccines.

First Coast News has learned, Gardasil was added to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund just months after it hit the market. "The Federal government would not put it on the list without medical scientific justification," says Cronin.

Brittany's family is filing an injury claim with the government. They are also on a mission to spread the news of what they say can happen with the vaccine.

The family also holds out hope that one day, old Brittany will be back walking and running like she did once before.

"I do wish the doctor would have known and would have said there is a chance that this could happen. If he would have said, I would have never done it,"
says Bell.

The FDA told First Coast News the adverse reaction reports are not a good indicator of a direct cause or relation with an incident. The FDA also says they have investigated several deaths but did not find any association with the vaccine.

Merck told First Coast News it is unaware of Brittany's case. Merck also says it actively monitors the adverse reaction reports and other databases throughout the world.

As for the vaccine being added to the government vaccine fund, Merck says it is their understanding that all new vaccines are added to the fund.

The Pharmaceutical giant says the latest numbers show that ten million HPV vaccines have been given in the United States.

Optical Scan Machines Violate Federal Law

With an interest in defending the individual's constitutionally guaranteed Right to have and to know that his vote is being accurately counted, this Foundation determined the 2008 New Hampshire Primary recount offered an excellent, real-world opportunity to independently assess the statistical performance of optical scan, electronic vote counting machines relative to hand counting of ballots.

WTP has just completed its analysis of the data. Our principal findings are as follows.

Of the 347, 905 total ballots processed during the recount 305,207 (87.7%) came from towns and cities that use machines to count the votes, and 42,619 (12.3%) came from towns that use People to count the votes.

New Hampshire's vote counting machines violate federal accuracy standards. New Hampshire's machines experienced an error rate approximately 163 times greater than the error rate allowed under federal Election Law.

The probability that an individual's vote was accurately counted during the Primary was much greater if his vote was counted by hand than by machine.

Statewide, taking into consideration all the ballots that were included in the recount, the number of machine counts that were in error by more than 2 votes was 9.81 times greater than the number of hand counts that were off by more than 2 votes. The number of machine counts that were in error by more than 1 vote was 3.37 times greater than the number of hand counts that were off by more than 1 vote.

We identified 38 instances of apparent fraud where votes were being hand counted.

We were not able to determine if intentional or unintentional error was behind the more substantial discrepancies in machine counts. Nor were we able to determine the impact of the 21 machines that failed on Primary Day, or if other machine failures occurred but were not reported to the Secretary of State's office.

In brief, the analysis data supports the conclusion that not only are machine counts of votes much more likely to result in error, but the machine errors are of a significantly larger magnitude and variance than those observed for hand counting.

When the much higher frequency of machine-counted errors is coupled with the statistically disturbing magnitude of the machine errors, it is not unreasonable to conclude that the use of optical scan machines to count votes has robbed many citizens of New Hampshire of their Right to Vote and their Right to have their Vote counted accurately.

Our analysis of the state's data and election practices suggest that there are numerous steps that the government of New Hampshire can take to bolster the integrity of its election process - whether votes are counted by hand or by machine. Although hand-counting of votes is clearly not yet a perfected art, in keeping alive the practice of hand-counting, New Hampshire has served its citizens well. Beyond this, the state should not subject its People to further enduring electronic voting machines that grossly fail to meet even the minimal accuracy standards mandated by federal law.

We hope our analysis has provided some much needed light onto a matter that substantially affects the future of freedom in New Hampshire - and our entire Republic

What are the options when a gal is looking to increase the curves in her figure? Whether she was not naturally well endowed in the breast department or has lost the fullness of the breasts after childbirth and breastfeeding, there are some very natural alternatives to restore fullness and uplift without the painful and dangerous surgical implants. First though, lets have a word about those breast implants.

Implants do fill out and reshape the breast. Implants do improve a woman's figure. But; putting them in is very painful. Postoperative recovery is not pleasant. The younger you are when you get them the more often you'll have to replace them. Yep, replace them. Those things break, they leak and after a while they become surrounded by scar tissue that restricts motion and makes the breast painful to the touch. If the whole idea is to improve sexuality by improving curve-atiousness, then having breasts that can't stand to be touched is a real downer. This encasement of what the body sees as foreign material must be surgically stripped and removed. Ouch, ouch and ooouch! Aside from that, the encasement is made of the same material that forms fibrocystic breast disease. No sense in purposely giving yourself a case of that!

If you don't want to go the implant route or are thinking through the options prior to having them put in give a listen and see about this natural way of filling and reshaping breast tissue. The techniques described herein were developed by my wife Michele after the birth of our first child William Andrew. Michele found that her breasts went from a firm and fabulous 46 DD to a flat and unattractive thirty plus some odd inches around. What happened?

When looking at the breast what are we seeing? What gives the breast their shape, lift and support? When we look at a full shapely breasts we are noticing the fatty part of the breasts only. The fullness and size of the breast comes from body fat. Yes, that stuff you think of as nasty on the hips is glory on the breasts. With out the fat the breasts would look like flat empty bladders, much as they do just after you stop breast-feeding when all of the fat stores are gone and only skin and mammary tissue remain. (The fat went into building baby brains and nerves). When breasts such as these are touched one would only feel the skin and strands and strands of milk ducts and milk pathways underneath. (Not very erotic to feel or nice to look at).

Take a look at women endurance athletes, distance runners, tri-athletes and women bodybuilders - no boobs! If they have much of anything showing, as with the muscle gals, it's fake. If you're training to dramatically reduce your bodyfat overall then you'll also be reducing your breasts in the attempt. So rule number one in building breasts - cut back on the aerobics, no more than 3 half hour sessions a week. That will be more than enough to keep your heart strong with out forcing you to burn up what you're trying to put on. Keep weight training intensity down as well; use medium to low reps (5 to 8) with moderate to heavy weight. High reps with light weight burns up fat and not necessarily just from the place you're working. Increasing resistance will make you strong and shapely with out making you look like a beanpole or a refugee from a concentration camp. If your goal is to lose fat you'll lose it from everywhere including your breasts! (Those of you who want to be built like pre-teenage boys with implants stuck on top can stop reading now and instead make appointments with your psychiatrist and family doctor to discuss your sexual self image problems and eating disorders. Those of you who want bigger well-shaped breasts read on).

For the secret of breast development let's go to the beginning of a woman's becoming a woman - puberty. Just before the onset of menstruation a gals hormones begin to churn. Of that hormonal mix, the most important stimulator of breast size is progesterone. Estrogen has little if anything to do with increasing breast fat stores. If estrogen had anything to do with bigger breasts then women on birth control pills would all have large full breasts. (Estrogen though is responsible for fat gain from the belly button down). The body builds up fat in the breasts in response to preparing for pregnancy in order to provide fat for the baby's diet where fat is so important it makes up 32% of breast milk! Increasing the fat stores in the breast is governed by progesterone. When progesterone levels plummet down after childbirth, so does the pregnancy acquired breast size. (The drop in Progesterone is also the MAIN reason for Post Partum Depression). Most gals these days are estrogen dominant, as long term followers of Sherrill know. For the newer readers let me explain why we all (gals and guys) have so much estrogen in our bodies: Chemicals that mimic estrogen are plentiful in our environment, agricultural chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers as well as additives used to fatten up livestock. Soy in its various forms is chock full of estrogen like substances called isoflavones. These days some folks are saying that isoflavones are good for women but they are turning out to have the same cancer sparking effect as the regular estrogen as well as decreasing fertility (1,2).

Progesterone is a wonderful hormone responsible for fertility, bone density, good mood and mental outlook, better muscle to fat ratios, libido (sexual desire), protection against cancer, and a host of other beneficial effects (3). Given today's predominance of estrogen most all women need to balance their lives with natural progesterone. Avoid prescription progesterone, as these are patented synthetics. Since you can't put a patent on something natural the prescription progesterone's are not exactly like a real progesterone molecule in structure. This creates side effects that are not good. Natural progesterone from the Mexican Yam plant is fully progesterone and as such is completely safe and effective. Research has found that breast growth in young women is greatest in the time between her periods when progesterone levels are their highest.

These days a few supplements can be found which indeed increase breast size using herbs. They are attempting to bring back the hormone levels women had as teenage girls and while this is not in itself a bad thing, there can be side effects from those herbal supplements. Most of the herbs used in these mixes contain a high level of, you guessed it, phyto estrogen. Estrogen is estrogen and whether it comes from a test tube, horse urine, black cohosh or licorice it's all still estrogen. Decreased fertility and libido, increased body fat from the hips down, and increase in various different kinds of fibrosis are all things that can be looked forward to from extra estrogen.

So, what supplements do you use?

1. Natural progesterone cream. Apply one measured squirt (1/4 teaspoon) of the cream to the breasts twice a day 12 hours apart. Follow the directions on the label as to when in the month to use the cream. If you are post menopausal then you can use the cream through out the month with out a break. Though I recommend that these women use the cream for 25 days in the month and give themselves 5 days off.
2. Maca Root Powder . This vegetable found only high in the Andes mountains and tastes like butterscotch. Maca controls Estrogen dominance and balances the hormones. It is known as the sex herb because of its ability to enhance libido in both men and women. (4,5). When you improve your progesterone / estrogen balance then, the breasts enlarge and fill out. Take 3 to 6 teaspoons or more daily.

What about exercise?

Fat fills in the breasts but the muscles of the chest wall give the breasts their support, shape and uplift. The pectoral muscles of the chest have three different segments and though they work together to perform the movements of pulling our arms into the bodies midline, they pull from different angles and need different angles of work to effect a change in their strength and shape. The upper fibers of the pectoral muscle along with the pectoralis minor muscle beneath it pulls the breast up and helps to fill the hollow that women get between the clavicle and the beginning of the breast. This sagging is known as Coopers Droop after the British doctor Sir Astly Cooper who first described the condition.

The mid and lower pectoral fibers add fullness and support the breast from underneath. These muscles also keep the beast from flopping into the armpits. Meanwhile the margins of the pectoral muscle as a whole delineate the breast from the chest wall improving cleavage, making the breasts more distinctive and stand out ish. Pectorals keep the breast margins from simply blending and disappearing into the sides of the chest wall. While nothing can be done to completely restore the breasts height and firmness after the connective tissue has been stretched out and torn though childbearing, running or age; working the muscles beneath the breast substantially contribute to the positive reshaping of the breasts. Need a Better Camera 

Mine sucks

I gotta get a better camera, because mine totally sucks when it comes to taking outside pictures.

I can take clear shots inside of stuff, but go outside and snap pics? They are mostly blurry and I'm missing many a great phenom shot, because of the suck shit quality.

I have no idea why outside shots are so blurry either.

This camera below is what DB uses and that's the brand and make I want too, as he has the best crystal clear phenom shots.

Dotson makes "orgonite tower busters," organic resin disks the size of hockey pucks that are filled with metal filings and crystals. He and a small army of "cell-tower gifters" around the world say that the disks, when placed near cell towers, convert "deadly orgone energy" from radio transmissions into "positive orgone energy."

Dotson receives no thanks for his efforts. In fact, he shuns the spotlight. But if he's right, you're the beneficiary.

To me, writing about tower busting is cruising on journalistic thin ice. There is a tendency to put every weird-sounding phrase in quotation marks as proof of one's sanity. But to hell with this skittishness. It's time to give tower busters some props for their selfless actions and colorful history.

FONTANA, Calif. - A hunger for carnitas nearly led to some carnage after a Fontana man was robbed of a bag of tacos at gunpoint. Police Sergeant Jeff Decker said the 35-year-old victim had just bought about $20 in tacos from a street-corner stand Sunday night and was bicycling home when the suspect confronted him and said "Give me your tacos."

Decker said the suspect grabbed the bag of food, punched the victim in the face and began to flee.

When the victim demanded his tacos back, the suspect pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the man and threatened to kill him before running away.

Well... on top of doing liver flush, I had spent the entire day just trying to sort the embedded player out.

Lately, Everybody has been cleansing their bodies, via liver, kidney and colon cleanses. Well, I can't let all you guys have all the fun, now can I? So I've joined in the Body Cleanse Brigade as well.

I did a liver flush last night, and got out a few liver stones earlier today. I just love how I look and feel after a good liver flush too. My liver is congested energetically. That's from being hyper like I am, and a little high-strung. SensibleHealth.com has some great Chinese Herbs that will get rid of the liver chi blockage. But all of this gets pretty expensive after a while. Later on, I will get those.

I also want to thank those that have ordered the colon cleanse kits from me the past two weeks. Because that means we were able to order two kits. We just ordered two Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse Kits today, and they should be here in about 3 days. I can't wait to see how I feel after doing this one. This will be the first time I try this particular one. I did the 3-Day Cleanse in the summer of 2006, so I'm overdue. I've been using the OxyPowder, but it only seems to relieve constipation as opposed to DEEP Cleansing, but is still good to have around, nevertheless.

After the colon cleansing is done, I'll post my results here.

How to use, what to expect

Dr. Wright has written the following in "Nutrition & Healing":

"Q: I keep getting white heads called sebaceous cysts on my face and have had some removed surgically by a dermatologist. What causes them, and how can I get rid of them?

JVW: While I can't tell you exactly what causes sebaceous cysts, I can tell you what has helped many of my patients eliminate them. These cysts are filled with a semi-solid, semi-liquid, oily ("sebaceous") material that can be dissolved with SSKI, a saturated solution of potassium iodide, and DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide). Mix an ounce or two of each together. (Initially the mixture will become very warm, but it will cool off in two to three minutes.) Rub a few drops of the SSKI/DMSO mixture vigorously into the sebaceous cyst at least twice daily. Be patient-you usually won't see any results for several weeks, but if you persist, there's an excellent chance the sebaceous cyst will disappear over the course of a few months.

This will not work on cysts that are filled with something other than sebaceous material. It also won't work on lipomas, which are benign tumors made up of solid fats."

The Problem With The Back Mouse 

Diagnosing and Dealing with Episacroiliac Lipoma

Anyone who performs bodywork has encountered this situation at one time or another: The client presents with an episode of sharp, severe, low back pain.There may be a history of pain with lifting or prolonged sitting and the pain is usually greater on one side more than the other. The pain may radiate into the buttocks and sacrum and perhaps to the lateral thigh and into the lower extremity. The pain may worsen with extended sitting and with any forward flexion of the spine.

Medications may not be helpful and the client is usually unable to find a comfortable position. The client has tried everything, been everywhere and you are his last hope. When asked to point to the area of the greatest pain, he will invariably point just above and lateral to the natural "dimple" where the back and buttocks come together, near the multifidis triangle. When that area is palpated, the most marked finding is one or several firm, mobile 1-3 cm nodules that, when pressed, reproduce the client's complaints of back pain as well as the "sciatic" pain. The photos below map the location on two clients. Clients often exclaim, "That's it. That's where all my pain comes from!" You have just found the elusive "back mouse.

A Sensitive History
The term "back mouse" is a rather cute description for a very painful yet often overlooked problem, even by back pain specialists. Originally termed the "episacroiliac lipoma" by E. Ries in 1937,1 it was later labeled the "back mouse" by Peter Curtis in 1993.2

I first encountered the back mouse while learning various soft tissue techniques in chiropractic school. While palpating over the sacral region, I would feel these small, firm, fleshy yet moveable nodules. Firm pressure directly on the nodules would produce pain and tenderness, as well as local radiation into the sacrum and hip. Thinking that they were trigger point nodules, I would apply direct and deep ischemic compression, which only served to aggravate any pain. This however did not dissuade me from applying deeper pressure, as this was most certainly not bone and we were taught to apply trigger point therapy to soft tissue nodules. They appeared to be definite, moveable and encapsulated masses much like a subcutaneous lipoma and not at all like a band of skeletal muscle. Further-more, I had encountered many subcutaneous lipomas in the back region and they were always the same: Moveable, non-tender "speed bumps" that caused pain only when they compress the underlying soft tissue.

Subcutaneous lipomas are found all around the body, grow slowly over time and are only cosmetically important. The back mouse, though, is only found around the sacral region and is generally tender and at times painful. Also, the back mouse seems to suddenly appear following trauma to the back as in motor vehicle accidents or perhaps following a lifting injury.3 The size of the nodules does not change and they remain the same regardless of the administered soft tissue treatment, so they couldn't be muscular. But why would a lipoma be both tender and predictable in location?

Perhaps a more descriptive term than the back mouse is actually that of the "lumbar fascial fat herniation" as described by W. S. C. Copeman and W. L. Ackerman.4 Some other terms are: Episacral lipoma, iliac crest pain syndrome5 and multifidus triangle syndrome.6 A lumbar fascial fat herniation occurs when the lumbar subfascial fat layer (see Figure 1) herniates through the overlying thoraco-dorsal fascia (see Figure 2) and gets trapped and inflamed. The mechanism appears to be due to an anatomical defect or weakened area in the fascia, which, when there is increased internal pressure, allows the fat lobules to push through the fascia.7 Once herniated, the fat becomes trapped and as an expanded, inflamed, herniation in an otherwise unyielding fibrous capsule, this creates a focus of pain. Pressure on the lipoma does not push it back through to fascia but only inflames the torn fascia more. These herniations occur at predictable sites along the iliac crest and sacrum very close to the natural dimple area (see Figure 3). They also are approximately three times more prevalent in women, particularly in moderately obese women.8

Over the years I have also encountered many episacral lipomas and I am always amazed at the strength of the positive "doorbell" sign. It is a reliable sign in that firm pressure usually reproduces the exact complaint that the client relates in their symptomatology. Direct pressure even reproduces the sciatic or radicular-type pain without any stretching of the sciatic nerve and without any motion to the lumbar facetal or sacro-iliac joints. In this respect, it is similar to the active trigger point with a zone of referral. But if it is not purely a muscle problem, nor joint, nor nerve, then how do you conquer the back mouse?

Cycle of Pain
Unfortunately, typical "back mouse" clients have usually run the gamut of treatment protocols. They have seen and have had evaluations by multiple specialists including acupuncture, chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological, psychological, etc. They have perhaps been diagnosed as having myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain strain or fibrositis as well as arthritis, disc herniations, etc. They may have had radiographs, MRI studies or nerve conduction studies, all with usually negative or minimal findings. Or they may have a minor disc bulge without nerve compression, yet the pain exactly mimics a disc herniation.

There appears to be a focus by back pain specialists upon the disc and nerves even though these lipomas are readily palpable. Many have had epidural injections without success. I have had clients who have had surgery for disc herniations yet who still point to the back mouse as a large percentage of the post-surgical pain. It is perhaps considered diagnostic for the presence of a lumbar fascial fat herniation if a local infiltration of anesthetic takes away the pain. But many clients do not want to pay the $150 or so for a few hours relief. Many have gone through the pain pill merry-go-round, taking a cocktail of pain and anti-inflammatory medications even though the pain never truly goes away. There is a wealth of information to be gained through digital palpation, something at which massage and bodyworkers usually excel. A client with excruciating low back pain, the presence of the back mouse and pain reproduced at the site of the lipoma should lead the practitioner toward manual soft tissue therapy for a lumbar fascial fat herniation unless proven otherwise.

Avenues of Relief
If the back mouse fails to respond to conservative treatment, I recommend the client see his primary care physician, chiropractor or acupuncturist, and request further evaluation. A medical doctor can inject the back mouse with a local anesthetic, which may help temporarily. Dry needling techniques by acupuncturists may help reduce the tension in the fibrous capsule. Excellent results also may be obtained with local electrical stimulation. Perhaps the only permanent cure for the back mouse is its excision and removal. Those patients who are at the end of their proverbial rope, I send to a hernia repair specialist. Once the fat herniation is excised, the fascial tear is repaired and the client enjoys a more enduring and sometimes dramatic relief. One problem is that so many medical doctors fail to recognize this condition, they tend to discount its existence thereby limiting the treatment options.

The back mouse is a fairly common problem, which on first view may have a symptomatology similar to a disc herniation. It can be responsible for a significant degree of low back pain that's absent from positive diagnostic studies. The considerable level of pain may at first be daunting for the bodyworker. However, if the practitioner first recognizes the existence of a fascial fat herniation, palpation confirms the condition. Conservative treatment geared toward pain relief and treating the fascial tear rather than trigger point therapy on an inflamed, herniated and edematous fat lobule is most helpful. Changes in lifestyle and exercise may help to further alleviate the condition, and other treatment options are always available should the back mouse present itself.

Mechanisms such as fiat currency banking, free energy research restriction, fraudulent taxation, and medical-pharmaceutical cult indoctrination, are increasingly coming under attack. Fearing termination of their restrictive control, population managers are advancing new ways of killing people covertly and most profitably. The force of a missile hitting an orbiting object is much more violent than the force of a bullet striking a target, or even an anti-aircraft missile hitting an airplane. In the space case, the tremendous speed of the impact carries so much kinetic energy that both vehicles literally explode due to the hypersonic shock waves sweeping through their structures.

If the missile strike leads to such a disintegration, sharp observers should be able to spot the ice fragments from the fuel tank. As the fragments evaporate in direct sunlight, they could create mini-comets visible from Earth's surface, lasting for hours before dispersing.

Dr. Horowitz concludes the hypersonic shock waves noted by Dr. Osberg are expected to radiate throughout earth's atmosphere as well as space, since both are well hydrated according to NASA's determinations eight years ago.

In 2000, scientists working for the government identified frozen water in crystalline and gaseous forms throughout space. Much like a stone thrown at the center of a pond generates circular water waves transmitted to the farthest shores, this hydrosonic space explosion could conceivably resonate hydrazine toxicity throughout earth's atmosphere as well as space.

Dr. Horowitz believes toxicity could be carried hydrosonically much like a homeopathic carries potent resonance frequencies of specific substances through water. People who use homeopathics clearly benefit. But the world's population about to receive hydrosonically-transmitted hydrazine vibrations from the missile hitting the satellite are likely to be energetically and spiritually intoxicated.

I haven't read it, but of the half dozen books on xtals i've scanned, it was the ONLY ONE that warmed my heart. ANd I've said as much here, a few months back when it was all cbswork.com and all that.

So, maybe I'll finally get their book and see what's up. If the heart says yes, no doubt, its a good read.

Just to prove that hate comes in many guises...

While I don't get yelled at in public by lizards, saying they hate me, leave and all that stuff; I get it in other ways.

This past summer, I got a telepathic message that said to me, "I hate you". This was two days after having heard the 528 LOVE frequency tone ala Horowitz stuff.

You know; these hidden hands and fickle fingers always at work in the pot mucking up stuff.

Okay, it also comes in weird synchronicties, or weird so-called coincidences. You know how you surf the net and stumble upon things? As in this pic here.

Okay, y'all wanna know what I mean by the Universe mind f'n the shit out of me?...



And it's not just me getting it either. They want to make sure that Robert gets his share of hateful messages too.

He was out on an errand and while sitting at a railroad track waiting for the train to pass, this boxcar rolled by with Graffiti sprayed painted on it that said, "Fuck You Robert". This happened this past summer. Can you imagine sitting watching a train and that being flashed in your face?

Y'all really wanna bust us up, do ya? Like you've done all the other warriors in the past? And what, do tell, could you gain by doing that?

And just a few days ago, someone had the nerve to tell me that by helping this person, and by doing so, it would ruin other people's lives, and that it would all be my fault. I'm tired of getting accused and blamed for shit too.

And putting thoughts in our heads, our families' heads, and our friends heads to get each other thinking that the other hates them and bla bla bla...

So it's hate in many guises. It never ends.

Those fickle fingers and hands?...

Well, this kitty bites, and I bite hard too. Y'all better quit this shit.



And please refrain from "boosting" me because there are people boosting me that don't really know how. I can feel all those weird energies hitting me. And quite frankly it's driving me nuts. Some that have been boosting me don't even carry the Christ Frequency either, and I don't want to be boosted with machines either. I'm picking up and hearing thoughts, whether someone has just had sex, smoking/drinking. I'm feeling the feelings and smelling the smells. I'm feeling it as it hits my aura, and it's making me sick. So please refrain from it.

Right now, I only want these people boosting me. Lilly, Ricardo and DB. And Susan praying for me. They carry the Christ frequency. Y'all may do so.

If I get really desperate, I'll just boost myself, if I have to.

Ricardo has been such a great friend for the last 2 1/2 years. I met him also on the old Digital-Angels forum. So he's another ORIGINAL Digital-Angel. He's also a real DJ, and has actually worked in a real club and does private parties sometimes. His continued encouragement and support is what finally got me doing DJ mixes myself.

THE JR PROJECT

Y'all know by now, how much I love all my friends.

I've been reflecting on this for some time, and realized that he has always been there for me online and has encouraged me in every way possible. He has always kept his word, never ever letting me down. And as far as I know, I've never let him down either.

If I've had a squabble or something here at home or something happening, he's always been there online in MSN messenger really cheering me up. I could be crying one moment and 5 minutes later be laughing my ass off. We get a tad crude in messenger, but it's all in good fun and done in love, with no guilt. It gets pretty damn funny too. I'm the same way. I cut up and do it in the spirit of love.

One time he was in an important business meeting and was thinking about something funny I said, and started snickering right there in the meeting. And I'm the same way too. I'll think about something he has said or something we had cut up about and bust out laughing in the car, at a Vac Lib meeting, at dinner or wherever. I get some weird looks too, let me tell ya!

He has always been respectful of me and has never insulted me in any way. He has never criticized me nor ever tried laying any guilt trips on me about anything. Ever.

And God forbid, should I make a mistake or anything, he certainly wouldn't rub it in my face either, nor make me feel like shit about it like I was a big sinner or anything.

He works a full time job as a computer consultant and programmer; and travels out of the country for job assignments, and STILL finds and makes the time to talk to me daily. Sometimes, twice daily, while at work during the day and at night at home. I have to say I'm impressed. That really means a lot to me.

He has never pushed me aside like I was nothing. I mean more to him than just a mere afterthought.

He has never let one of his other friends influence his attitude towards me either, nor I any of his. He has never ever let them come in between our friendship nor cause him to ignore me or toss me aside if aside if a bigger better friend came along. He simply would make room for us all. I actually don't know all of his other friends, but I'm sure y'all get my drift. He finds time for ALL of us. ;-) I bet his other friends are nice too. I absolutely love his secretary Leslie, btw. He says she's a big fan of my mixes.

He has never thought he was better than me and has treated me as an equal. He has always accepted me for who or what I am. He knows I'm a weird girl. But fuck it, he loves me anyway and values the friendship as much as I do. hahaha. He loves all his friends too.

He's a committed family man. He's real tight with his family, and that's rare these days. His father is a fierce prayer warrior, and if anyone crosses his path carrying any entity or demon, that person won't have it by the time his father is done with them. ;-)

I knew back it 2005 or 06 in the digital angels forum, that he carried a good vibe. I was an admin there and was asked by the other admins to pick two moderators. I immediately picked him out of the bunch based on the good vibe that stood out. Didn't even know him then either, but knew he was one of the ones for the job. And I made the right choice and we totally rocked that damn forum too. Those were the fun days before all this weirdness and hate came into my existence. Those good ole days, which I still miss terribly.

He's always been up front, honest and straight with me; never once laying any bullshit on me. He means what he says, and sticks to it, never once changing his mind. THAT is a true friend.

I just want to thank him for being there for me. He's worth his weight in gold too.

Ricardo, you're also a gem and an angel from Heaven. I'm very grateful and thankful for your friendship, and appreciate every kind word, gesture and gifts you've ever given me. It means a lot to me.

If you hadn't of been here, I don't know how I could have pulled through these last two months of weird energies or whatever the hell it is. If anything, you've actually understood what I've been going through. Whether it's been good, weird or bad, you have understood, when NO ONE ELSE has. You have been there for me when no one else has, and for that, I'll be forever grateful. You're the ONLY ONE that understands, and I love you for that. I also want to thank Our Father for you too and thank you for all the kind prayers you have given me. And this girl here has been overwhelmed here lately.

I hope one day that we can get on that side of the country to meet you. We can take you out to dinner and you can take us to one of your house clubs. I'd like to see you DJ in action.

OH SO RIGHT I DO. I work for the MOST HIGH. It may not pay much or at all, but the retirement benefits are worth it, I hear tell.

Ohhhhhh, so that's why people are acting like I got the plague. That's it, I must have it then. Well, that's fine with me. Whatever.

You know, I'm not perfect. Never said I was, and yes, WE ALL make mistakes in our lives. That's why we're here. To learn. To pay for them. Karmic debts, or whatever. Would be nice if we could file Chapter 7, total bankruptcy and be done with it.

And just because I'm a silly online DJ Girl, and just because I happen to love electronic music, mixing it, etc... hardly makes me evil. It's just my taste in music.

But all I've ever wanted and tried to do was be fair to people, give them a chance, and be non-judgmental. Pray for them, help them, etc...

I've tried my best to do right by people, and be as kind and loving as possible. I LOVE people. My family and friends. Some I love more than others, but yes I LOVE PEOPLE. To my detriment, I suppose. But I have LOVE all the same, and sometimes it hurts.

Sometimes, I'm like...Will I ever be good enough? Will I ever be accepted,...? Will I make it?...Will I get it right this time?...etc...

And even those who have chosen the wrong path, I pray that they will choose the right one, and so forth. And I have compassion for them. Just like Father does, and just like Christ did when he walked the earth. He had compassion on them.

But geez, try do the right thing and help out friends, family and total strangers, and all sorts of weirdness happens. Things backfire and ON ME. For doing the right thing. Imagine that!

And sometimes, no matter what I do, it seems like it's never enough.

And there are those who say they're my friend and try to feed me the wildest shit that one can imagine; it's a no no.

Yep, I know who I am. Can't help that. I try my damndest best to carry the frequency of the MOST HIGH, and carry that Christ love in my heart. You know, like, trying to be fair and all that. Like Father would have us be, you know. And you know what? I do fall short sometimes, but the fact remains is that I CARE. YES, I DO CARE. And I care so much that it HURTS. It hurts me to see people suffer. It kinda hurts when I suffer too, but I digress.

But what about those fallen? How's that aura doing, eh? Choosing the wrong path, wrong gods, etc... And what about all those so called pediatricians (errr, I mean baby killers)? How's your aura, these days? The blood of those children cry out and it's LOUD too.

But just so you know, that I'm mostly posting this for all the entities and evil out there that are wrecking havoc on innocents. This is not really addressed to humans, as much as it is to evil.

And I'm going to keep on helping the babies and children. I don't care if it freaking kills me.
These children are going to get a chance if I have anything to do with it. And I must admit, I'm weary too.

For me, I'm continuing my cleansing, as much raw foods as possible, detoxing and all.
And sorry to disappoint, but no pharmaceuticals or drugs, no cigs, no alcohol. Sorry, that's my decision. Y'all do what you want. I'm staying clean.

Think what you want. I don't care if the whole damn world hates me or thinks I'm crazy. Don't care what anyone thinks. What matters is what Father thinks.

Want me out of the way, so you can get to the ones you really want, eh?

Reflecting on the higher things, and pondering on it helps every time. Puts things into perspective, don't you find?

You see, someone or rather several someones also planted some black panties in the laundry here that were NOT MINE. To try to get me to think the worst, obviously. Yes, there are and have been people watching this place.

And I have done nothing but mostly cry since mid December. And I'm tired, overwhelmed and a freaking basket case most of the time. But be of good cheer, for I have laughed too. I'd like to thank all my online friends for keeping me laughing. I LOVE you ALL.

And to my friends... If I've ever failed you, disappointed you, been a terrible friend, etc...then I'm deeply sorry. Please forgive me. All love to you no matter what.

He thought it was a cool dream, but when he told me, if felt like a slap in the face to me. I did not like that dream.

And then the crazy shit I've been dreaming... similar type stuff, but too many dreams to mention.

And some stupid entity or entities, or whatever trying to get my poor husband thinking he has cancer. I REBUKE you RIGHT NOW in Ya e shu a's name. I REFUSE your stupid shit. And well, we have the means and know how to detox and keep good health here. And if I have to be a bitch and force it down him, I will.

Murphy has really done his homework, extensively reviewing the medical literature as he was researching all aspects of the vaccination question. We can see from his book that although we are told that "the benefits of vaccines outweigh the risks" it is clear that doctors and public health officers don't have a clue as to what vaccine risks are. This book is extremely well written and covers a lot of ground. -- If you don't understand what natural immunity is and why vaccine immunity is based on a faulty premise, antibody production, this book is a must read.

Weird.... 

weird words and synchronicity

Okay, I'm still lying down after waking up and my mind is still wandering the many thousand places that it often does upon awakening.

This word "pogo" came to mind. I'm like, it's really a weird sounding word, and then I said, okay, pogo sticks, POGO petitions, etc... Trying to figure out different meanings of the word.

On 1/6/08 five 2 man Iranian speedboats encountered three U.S. warships in the *Strait of Hormuz between Iran and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) (Ref. "The Quo Status" 1/10/08 "Pentagon Admits Iran - U.S. Naval Encounter Could be Fake"). This was a routine encounter wherein the Iranian on the speedboat, using a hand held microphone, stated: "Coalition warship number 73 this is an Iranian patrol"....The U.S. warship's reply was: "This is coalition warship number 73. I am operating in international waters". The Pentagon asserted that the speaker on the Iranian speedboat stated: "I am coming to you....You will explode in a few minutes".

Based on a 1/10/08 Iranian video (Ref. "Iranian Version of Gulf Incident - Full") the sound of the voice in the U.S. video/audio is significantly different from that in the Iranian video/audio. In addition, the Iranian's voice "cuts off abruptly after the American voice is heard answering several (repeated) inquiries from the Iranian".

The "Recent Comments" by bacchus@ 01/11/08 claims the Iranian responded: "We will EXPLORE for a few minutes." "Which was completely misinterpreted by the U.S. radio operator who misquoted the Iranian as saying "We will EXPLODE after a few minutes."

On 1/10/08 Defense Secretary Robert Gates stated: "I have no question whatsoever about the report of this incident from the captains of the ships and also from the video itself".

Amerika's Chief Village Idiot (CVI), on an Iran bashing trip to the Muddle East, upon arriving in Israel stated: "All options are on the table to protect our assets.".... "Stupid is as stupid says "!.... The "assets" to which the CVI refers are "our oil under their sand!"!!!

With a military budget of one half trillion dollars, half the national; budget, waging war on innocent sovereign nations seems to be the only way Amerika justifies this obscene waste of our resources.. This nation has been planning to go to war against Iran for many years and the Iranian speedboat incident seems to have been cooked up to justify this illegal action.

President Eisenhower in a 1961 speech stated: "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and it will persist."
