Caffeine

Secondly, deep rhythmic breathing (that is, approximately ten breaths per minute) activates the relaxation response, which has been shown to decrease BP. The practice need not be long - even five to ten minutes a day will bring down your blood pressure. Deep breathing can be practiced anywhere, even while sitting at a desk. In addition, doing some yoga a few times a week in addition to your deep breathing exercises will even help you more Exercise.
The amount of exercise you should do is in direct proportion to how sedentary you have been. But even walking for 30 minutes a day will have positive benefits on BP and general health.
The types of exercise that are most likely to benefit your blood pressure are aerobic activities.
