The main building blocks in all sports are:flexibility, agility, endurance, speed and strength. Nowadays the concept of the mind and its development is also considered a prerequisite to sporting success.

Here I will attempt to build up a comprehensive portfolio of differing methods of training sport, without getting too heavy!!

A. Hundreds

Yep it can get a bit overwhelmimg knowing what to follow. The thought of starting somebody's sport training methods and not knowing if 6 months down the line performances will get better or even worse can give a sportsman/woman misgivings on whether they've chosen the right methods of training.

Sport is littered with stories of coaches and ideas coming and going after results were poor.
