    I don't know any variations of the avocado soup, but of the cornbread -- can use hominy in spicy cornbread.

    I am not much of a soup person, but holy cow that cornbread recipe sounds wonderful. That is something I will make for sure. Great Lens!!

    I've had it before and we sometimes add in a little mild salsa to get a little tomato into it....
