    This is my recipe for Chicken Enchiladas with Green Chili Sour Cream Sauce. It takes less than 30 minutes to put together and is a hit every time I make it! Even my father likes it, which is saying alot! I hope you try it.

    Nope, that's why I came here! Thanks for the recommendations. I took a Mexican cooking class with my roommates in college; the 6 recipes I learned there are the only ones I have in my recipe collection. I'll be checking out some of these cookbooks.
