Miami Commercial Grocers that Stock Organic Products

I personally do not shop at these stores. So I cannot vouch for prices, quality and selection. The last time I checked, prices for organic products at major supermarket chains could be significantly (20%-50%) higher than Whole Foods prices, for example.
I include these companies here, because they may be right for you. Or provide what you need in a pinch.

My Favorite Miami Organic Money-Saving Tips
2. Instead of firing up a full-size oven, cook meals in a Cuisinart toaster oven/broiler (or similar) with wire tray-shelf set at lowest level and using Corning Ware. Heat setting is relatively low: about 250 degrees. Work out exact heat & time settings for your own oven. Saves lots of electricity. Plus I can take the oven with me, stay at suites hotels, and prepare meals while I travel.
3. Jaffee Brothers ships organic food anywhere. Sure, shipping costs are going up. But Jaffee has a wide selection (dried fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, baking ingredients, spices, seasonings, salad oils, sauces & spreads, snack foods, coffee, tea, bee products, household cleaning products, whew!!!) of great products. I've always found them dependable (in business since 1948). And I can buy in bulk.
4. I like Organic Green Tea made by Prince of Peace Enterprises in Hayward, CA 94545-3908. I first found some at T&T Ginseng, Inc. in Las Vegas' Chinatown: 100 tea bags for about $3.25.
5. Small electric Rival Hot Pot (about $13-$15). Boils enough water in 60 seconds for a cup of tea. I originally bought 2, because they look flimsy. But I've used the first one for almost 10 years; stills works great.

My Favorite Blender and Nut Butter Maker
This blender is one of the best investments I've ever made. Easy to use and clean. Makes smoothies, protein drinks, salad dressing and more. Model PB-200 comes with additional cups and a grinding blade for making nut butters.
I can whip up a protein shake in less than 60 seconds. Drink out of the container cup with the sipping cover. A simple rinse in the sink cleans it up. Can get you out the door in a hurry. I take it with me whenever I travel !!
