Who Is Michelle Hoffmann?
My name is Michelle Hoffmann. My family and I live in west central Wisconsin, USA. There are 6 of us... myself, my husband, my 3 daughters and 1 son.
I started on the internet in 2000, on a WebTV unit. I finally 'graduated' to a REAL computer in October or November of that year. In January of 2001, The 24KaratMarketer was born... except then it was named Egold Express Ezine. After 2 years of publishing Egold Express, E-Gold contacted me demanding that I drop the 'Egold' from the name and therefore, The 24KaratMarketer replaced it. This was the start of my online marketing experience.
Back then, the popular programs were the downline clubs such as CycleFast, PremiereElite,Gold Club. SFI was (and still is) there as well. Forums were a big thing... people used to hang out in them a lot more than they do now. These days, most forums are basically 'ghost towns'. All it seems they are good for is reading each other's advertising. No personal interaction anymore.
Since then, I have been doing different things... as well as publishing/editing/writing my ezine, I have also begun writing a screenplay, studying graphic design, raising my 4 kids, web design as well as being a Shaklee distributor and a New Age store owner - Mystic Waters New Age Shoppe. My husband and I also started our own downline club - Network2Freedom.
In 2007, we decided to start our new company -The MidasTouchMedia Group. It is the umbrella under which all of our programs reside.
