Michigan Democrats have always told the voters that they are the party that fights for the average Michigan family. This apparently is no longer true! It appears that Michigan Democrats side with the rich law lobby and certain radical groups over Michigan's familes, parents and children!!

One could assume this by the Michigan Democrats move to demolish last years shared parenting bill 5267. Not a single Michigan Democrat in the House Family Services Committee voted in favor of a child's fundamental right to equal time with both fit and willing parents after a divorce. This is a strong indicator on who Michigan Democrats truly represent!

Only those who profit from the destruction of families and children will oppose Michigan House Bill 4564.

Once again, Michigan Democrats are trying to defeat the passage of Michigan House Bill 4564. Rep. Brenda Clack has essentially held HB 4564 hostage in her family and services committee.

Michigan Democratic House Leaders, such as Rep. Michael Sak, are taking either an opposition to the bill or they are providing vague responses to something as important as children. Rep. Michael Sak needs to show his leadership skills to the voters of Kent County Michigan and show support for HB 4564. However, there is no voice of leadership for Michigan's families and children.
