MicMor Enterprises is all about having a home business!

Now that doesn't mean that the home business has to be only about doing or making ONE THING, you could have a home business that covers quite a few different products or methods.

Jeff and I have learned through the school of hard knocks to not count on only one source of income, but to develop MANY! Don't just sell products from one source, but find a few different sources. Don't only sell products, but provide a service that others NEED and will pay for. Take a talent, hobby, or interest that you have and USE IT!

For example, Jeff sings. I'm not talking about sounding great in the shower (I'll take his word for that one), but professionally. I actually had to nag him big time to allow me to place a clip of him singing the National Anthem on this lens. He makes great money by using his amazing talent while singing at weddings and other functions. He is also a licensed massage therapist (22 years experience) and supplements his income by taking on clients who enjoy a weekly massage for relaxation and stress relief.

I got caught up in the jewelry making phase a few years ago when a friend introduced me to beads. OMG, it didn't take long before I had friends and neighbors asking me to make them necklace and earring sets when they had a new outfit or an occasion where they wanted some new jewelry. So, I thought to myself, why am I giving this all away, why can't I sell some? So I created a website, printed out some business cards, made a few sets to sell, and placed a few ads on the internet. Done deal! I make income weekly from doing something that relaxes me and gives me a creative outlet. How cool is that!

Sewing and quilting are hobbies that I've indulged in for YEARS! Matching dresser sets, quilted tree skirts and stockings, memory quilts, and decorative outdoor flags also bring me income each week. USE your talents and hobbies to start your home business, sell what you love to do and you will be able to supplement or even replace your income.

If you enjoy writing, sign up at Textbroker and start getting paid to write short articles. You don't even need to submit a resume to them to get started and it's free. If you know how to build Squidoo pages or websites, start offering your services to people who need them. If you know how to snap GREAT PICTURES, sell them! The sky is the limit here, Folks, just get started.

Many people TALK about starting their own home business, but most only do that, TALK! Skip talking and go straight to the DO stage, write down a short plan (WHAT can you offer people, HOW much do you charge, WHERE can you market your services, WHY do they need you), print out some business cards and market yourself by placing a few ads on the internet, the newspaper, or giving away flyers.

This is not rocket science, but it does require some action. If you are serious about a home business, DO something about it today.

While Advertising is a great way to get more traffic to your sites or products, that doesn't mean you have to pay a lot for it or at all!

We use paid AND FREE sites each and every day. They work, but they only work if you use them. Get in the habit of sending out just 2 ads a day, change your ads up a bit and try to use a few different sites each week. The more ads you send out the more results you will see. Be consistent and you WILL SEE RESULTS!

BackPage and CraigsList are two great resources of FREE Advertising that everyone should take advantage of.

A Paid Advertising site that gives a great return for its money is Blast4Traffic. Jeff and I use this one daily as we joined at the Pro level. It's a one time fee and you can use this site daily.

Another way to get more sites is just to Google "free advertising sites" and you'll be presented with hundreds and hundreds of sites to choose from. Again, it's a good idea to use a few different sites and spread your advertising around.

Remember, get in the habit of sending a few ads out daily and SEE the difference it makes to your income.
