    I purchased this earlier this year to help my son with his science project. We did the yeast gives off gas experiment and holy heck does yeast start to stink after awhile! BUT He got an A :)

    Lisa, you don't have to have a project due to have fun with the egg. Stick and egg in vinegar, leave it there for a couple of days, and have fun with it!

    The density and the egg experiments really have me intrigued! We may have to start 'science fair time' around here early! :)

    Actually, I am not sure if my kids have done science fair since being in high school - that's not right. Hmm... May have to look into that!

    I did the Yeast Beast experiment for my 6th grade science project and it was fun and very interesting. My mom had fun helping me and all the instructions were real easy to follow. My teacher and my classmates loved it too.
