"The best care in the air" Offers You Great Airfare Deals

Midwest Airlines is one terrific way to fly. Exceptional service is its hallmark and competitive airfares are its M-O. Most flights are nonstop -- yes, really NONSTOP! Seats are leather, wide, with lots of legroom.

Where does Midwest Airlines fly? East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, South. 50 cities in all. And they fly comfortable, quiet Boeing 717s for the most part, with 50-seat regional jets to smaller cities.

This Lens Will Alert You to Great Airfares. Midwest serves up terrific airfare offers every week. I'll get those to you on this lens as soon as they are released. And occasionally I'll add other offers or information that I think you might like.

TIP: Whenever you want to fly, you'll always find Midwest's lowest fare for your itinerary at Midwest Airlines.

Welcome to Seattle!

Midwest just added its 2nd new city of 2007

We've just put Seattle on our route map -- and we're delighted to now offer service to the Pacific Northwest! Seattle/Tacoma (SEATAC) has been on of the most-requested cities from our frequent travelers. Sevice will be aboard Boeing 717 Signature Service nonstop from Kansas City on April 1. (Wide leather seats, two by two configuration, lots of legroom, real comfort and exceptional service, including our fresh chef-prepared buy onboard dining service.)

Don't live in Kansas City? Not to worry -- Midwest offers plenty of easy connections from Milwaukee and from Boston, New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Myers and San Antonio.

AND...Midwest will begin nonstop Saver Service between Milwaukee and Seattle on June 18.

Have an opinion about "Airline Food?"

Wait 'til you try Best Care Cuisine!

If you think you need to grab a fast food burger before boarding your flight, think again if you're flying Midwest Airlines. Its buy-onboard Best Care Cuisine will be a delightful surprise for you. Midwest opened its own commissary (one in Milwaukee and one in Kansas City) to provide chef-prepared, made-from-scratch meals to its customers.

Chef Shawn Monroe. The executive chef of an outstanding Milwaukee restaurant designs the menu, selects the chefs and oversees the food prep operation in both locations. And he's good -- as you'll find out when you sample the onboard meals. Breakfast is $5 or $7, depending on your selection. Lunch/Dinner is $5 or $10, again based on your choice. Here's just one dinner selection to start your mouth watering for a Midwest Airlines flight:

Grilled Sliced Flank Steak with a mushroom sauce, buttered carrots and roasted garlic whipped potatoes. Served with baby greens salad with champagne tarragon vinaigrette, roll and butter.
$10.

I've visited the Milwaukee commissary myself and I've seen the chefs make everything from scratch -- including the wonderful sauces. You'll find this onboard cuisine is unique in the airline industry.
