Migraine headaches are a source of pain and frustration for millions of people. About 18% of women and 6% of men claim to have had a migraine within the last year, making it a pretty common problem.
There are many types of migraine headaches, and the symptoms can vary. Many people experience moderate to severe headaches, nausea, gastrointestinal upset, and other symptoms.

"I can't recommend this book highly enough...It has changed my life. My family and friends have never seen me go a month without a headache....I am so happy, and it's like an entirely new life. If you've tried magnesium before (like I did) but it didn't work for you, you may not have understood how much you need to take and why. Once I read this book, I made connections between a whole slew of problems/triggers."

"Add my name to the long list of reviewers for whom this book offered welcome relief. I have suffered migraines for over 50 years and am now virtually free [see note below]. The method was not easy. First, you have to stop taking all pain medications that cause rebound headaches. That includes just about everything that you would have ever found useful. Once free of those, you then start working on your personal dietary triggers. For me, it turned out to be a lot of stuff I love. Finally, you find a medicine that raises your headache threshold. For me, it was a moderate dose of nortripaline. The process took four months and included a lot of pain, particularly as I went thru headaches without pain relievers. But it was worth it."

"You won't see the Magnesium-B2-Feverfew formulation promoted by doctors because doctors are driven by the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical companies can't make money off of stuff they can't patent. If Glaxo had developed this formulation and put millions of dollars behind an ad campaign, millions of migraine sufferers would be finding relief. But because it is a natural supplement most doctors will overlook it and most migraine sufferers will never know about it. And that's tragic. Buy this book. Pick up a bottle of Migrelief (right here on this lens). If the supplements don't help you, likely some other information in the book will. For me, this is a new lease on life."

"I have read about 4 books on headaches and lots of magazine articles and websites. This was probably the best because it was the most informative. It let me know what things I was taking that may help with my headache but usually caused "rebound" headaches. It also helped with what foods that help and what foods to stay away from. It was about as helpful as a book can be but I still suffer with lots of headaches. Now I am more inclined to suffer through them. I don't want the rebound effects of what most drugs cause."
