    Thankfully I've never experienced a migraine. I very rarely experience headaches either. I didn't know about migraines were linked to low magnesium levels.

    I wouldn't recommend any particular brand. As long as the main ingredient is magnesium it will do the job.

    wish I had this information years ago. hubby use to get migraines really bad, now retired, only occasionaly...he had a sister that had a migraine and died...5*s

    Thanks for all those wonderful tips. It is really great to have seen this Lens coz some of pills that could help remove head aches has very harsh side effects.

    Magnesium really can make a big difference for helping with migraines, so can herbs like feverfew. Very nicely laid out lens.
