Tips to Meditation - Developing a practice and making it a reality!
I decided to write some Tips on Meditation. I have been approached by many people who have been interested in the idea of Meditating, but didn't know where to start or how to properly meditate.
My intent is that this will be a starting place for people to create a practice of Meditation in their lives. My life made a dramatically positive shift when I began meditating... and I never looked back! One moment, one decision changed my life (for the better) forever!

Meditation Tips - how I meditate
Meditating can be quite intimidating to a novice person who is interested in getting involved with this practice but not having any knowledge of it or not knowing anyone who themselves has a practice. Simple not Easy; this is how I would describe meditating. The theory behind the practice is simple, yet sometimes it can be a challenge at first to get things going.
For me, finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit is the first step. Make sure you will not be interrupted for the amount of time you have designated to be your Meditation time. Find a time in the morning or in the evening and stick to this same location and similar time each day or session.
Sit with a straight back with legs crossed. Close your eyes. I prefer a dark room with a lit candle. Now, the general idea of meditation is to allow your thoughts and feelings to flow without judging them or becoming attached to them. You are going to watch, as if from a distance, the flow of thoughts and emotions simply allowing them to be. You'll be amazed at the flow once you give permission for them to just be instead of repressing them.
As you let them flow and acknowledge their presence by watching they begin to dissipate and be released. Anything that is not helpful to your being will be released.

- Great content and you seem to really have done your homework.
Been meditating since I can remember, it's literally become part of my life and, since the advent of the secret, it is humbling to see so many people beginning to question their beliefs and identity... meditations for manifesting will really lead you to self discovery!
