Santa's Existence on Trial, Miracle on 34th Street as Proof

Will Miracle on 34th Street Still Hold Up as Proof 64 Years Later?

Do you believe in Santa?

He is known across the planet by many names.

You, yourself, have known him as Old Saint Nick and Kris Kringle.

I intend to make the case that, Yes, Santa Claus does indeed exist.  I will bring 2 pieces of evidence so strikingly similar that they will cause you to to question your current belief if you are convinced Santa is fictional.

I will bring forward witnesses that have seen Santa Claus, and have agreed, under oath, to testify on his behalf.

From the court records: Susan doesn't believe in Santa Clause as her mother told her the "secret" a long time ago. But she's met a Santa who believes he's the real thing. With mounting evidence, Susan now has something to believe in and wishes for her ultimate Christmas wishes to be fulfilled.

With a preponderance of evidence, I conclude that I will convince you, as the jury, of the reality of Old Saint Nick. I also bring forth proof of other supposedly fantasy-based creatures, since the existence of one kind of being argues the likeliness of others.

Indeed, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

To be truly impartial I'm open to the arguments for his existence despite there being no recorded sightings in the Southern hemisphere.

As a member of the jury. I can't disclose my views on this question but, after extensive deliberation. and consultation with my granddaughter, I can hint that that I'm inclined to accept Santa as an American phenomenon.
