You might know her as the prim and proper Summer, maybe the devilishly devious Megan, possibly the spunky and slightly spastic Carly. Miranda Cosgrove has evolved tremendously during her short career.
From the silver screen to the small screen, Miranda has stayed busy over the past few years and got her biggest break in 2007 when she became the star of her own show, iCarly, on Nickelodeon.

Miranda, the Jonas Brothers and others will participate in Variety's Power of Youth event scheduled in Los Angeles on Saturday, Oct. 4, at L.A. Live to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.Rumor is that Miranda is working on her own CD with original music she helps write. Stay tuned!

Miranda Cosgrove (born May 14, 1993) is an American teen actress and singer. She is best known for her roles as Megan Parker in Drake and Josh, Summer Hathaway in School of Rock and as Carly Shay in iCarly. Her career began in 1996 when she was spotted by an agent who was impressed by her singing and dancing in a restaurant called "Taste of LA" that he signed her up for a number of small roles in commercials.
