Miss Rose 2007 - The Final

This is a continuation lens to the Miss Rose 2007 Beauty Pageant lens and was held in the North American version of R.O.S.E..

Because of my last lens I was invited to be the Official Reporter for the Miss Rose 2007 Beauty Pageant. I would like to thank HerselfTheElf for this invitation and I hope I can do a good job of this.

The Pageant was held on 26 May 2007 at 10am PST. I got the invite at approximately 5:30am PST and this is where my panic started. Could I do the job? Am I up to the challenge? Well only time will tell.

So I msged HerselfTheElf back and said that i would do it. After posting it it dawned on me that 10am PST was 6pm BST the precise time I  had to pick the wife up from work. So after nearly an hour of ringing around my relatives to try find and find someone to pick my wife up I was back on track.

I grabbed myself some food and sat down to chill, while eating I heard a beeping coming from the computer and lo and behold but my modem had crashed and wouldn't connect to the internet. So I telephone my service provider and they say that there is a fault in my area and it wont be fixed till 7:35pm BST. Typical, I thought. After all that aggro I wouldnt be able to attend and couldn't even contact anyone to tell them I couldnt make it.

Luckily my Internet came back on at 5:20pm BST and I flew to the meeting place and everything went smoothly.

So lets get into the action...

1. Ms Adventurers Plains


Q: Why should we select you as our titleholder?

A: Well, I'm participating out of love, for my boy who isnt here anymore, I promised him to win. That's why I'm hoping to be the title holder.

2. Ms Breezy Hills


Q: Everybody worries about something. What do you worry about?

A: I worry about if I have a fight with my friend or boyfriend or if my makeup doesn't fit with my clothes.

3. Ms El Verloon


Q: Why did you enter this pageant?

A: I entered this pageant because I saw it as an opportunity to help promote and participate in a great community led event in rose. I feel I'm helping the game in many ways by participating in this event and I am excited about ones in the future and I hope with me being in this event it shows the creativity and artsmanship of the community and the people of Rose online.

4. Ms Anima Lake


Q: You can only pick one word. Which word best describes you: sexy, smart, beautiful or talented? And Why?

A: I would say that I am smart. I find Rose very challenging for more than just earning things. I love trying to see how things work and challenge myself to see how I can better myself, my friends and the game. Trying to understand how the game works as well as how it is always changing is very fulfilling and is what keeps me driven to keep playing even when things are hard sometimes. My belief that the game is fair and honest is what gives me a great feeling :)

5. Ms Kenji Beach


Q: If you don't win this title, which contestant would you like to see win and why?

A: This is a difficult question. I know everyone is a winner. But for the title I would have to say Ms Dolphin Island. I knew, beforehand, she was very excited about the pageant. She even started her talent protion as soon as the sign up for contestants was closed. She had to compete not only against friends but family members as well. I would imagine it wasn't easy to do. Ms Dolphin would be my choice for the reasons I listed above.

6. Ms Dolphin Island


Q: Other than your mother, who do you admire most and why?

A: My fiance' ... he has been a blessing ... helping me with three children and loving them as his own. Never asking for anything in return.

7. Ms Gorge of Silence


Q: If you could spend a Saturday reading a novel or playing a sport, which would you pick and why?

A: Playing a sport as because I am an athletic woman, who loves the nature of sports it makes me look good ... keeps healthy and enegetic ...

8. Ms Eucar


Q: What Makes you angry?

A: What Makes me angry? Funny you ask that to me! I'm not going to say I'm perfect, I get angry. I never appreciate those who show off to make others feel lower ... or those who like to shove others around, believing it makes them a better person.

9. Ms Mt Eruca


Q: What do you look for in a friend?

A: I look for someone who can support me in hard times and can give me alot of fun to enjoy life :)

10. Ms Shady Jungle


Q: What has been the biggest disappointment in your life date to date?

A: I can not say that I have had a huge disappointment in my life that did not turn out to be a blessing. I am happy with my life and everything in it. Anything else listed as a disappointment would just be trivial.

11. Ms Sikuku Underground Prison


Q: Do you prefer to have friends of the same sex or opposite sex? Why?

A: It really doesn't matter to me. Hmmm friendship isnt a sexual/gender thingy and its all about the person and moment we share together, thats all I can say .. ^^
