Protect Your Child
A child goes missing every 40 minutes in the United States, this is an alarming statistic. While 80% of these children are taken by a relative, 20% are taken by a stranger. What a horrifying experience for a child to go through!
Parents do not leave your child unattended, even for a moment. Even older children should not be allowed to roam around town on their own.
In our family we have a password, if a stranger walks up (or even someone my son may be familiar with) and asks him to go someplace with them they have to know the password. We have even done role playing scenarios to drive the point home.
