Melbourne Netball

Melbourne Netball is the leading Australian specialist in social netball that operates from a number of venues across Melbourne. Their umpire service is second to none and they also provide excellent umpire courses that are far better than anything the state system can offer. Additionally, they offer a matchmaking service helping to place new players into suitable teams and thus far they have been highly successful in matching up the right individual with the right team.

Netball also offers significant health benefits as it is a great way for people to get fit while having a lot of fun. The game is quite fast with people constantly on the move, making it a great alternative to a boring gym routine since a player can burn as much as 400 calories in a single game. Mixed Netball: Helps Boost The Total Health Of An Individual

Staying healthy is very important for any individual seeking to live a long happy life. Whilst many would make the claim that the idea of health is normally a main focus in their life, the truth is the busy schedules which many individuals participate in make it difficult to take advantage of health possibilities.

As more people embrace a sedentary lifestyle in their business and personal life, and even use the convenience found with fast food services, health is quickly deteriorating in each household. When you find yourself desiring improvements in health but dreading the boredom and repetitiveness that exists with traditional exercise, consider what's possible when you take benefit of mixed netball.

Netball represents an extremely popular sport in both New Zealand and Australia that is growing in popularity on a global scale. There are many features which appeal to the interests of individuals, including the fast pace environment it creates and the extremely energetic atmosphere that's supported. For the person looking to improve their health, the upbeat pace that can be discovered with mixed netball is normally fairly satisfying.

One of the toughest tasks of anyone participating in an exercise routine is found with discovering motivation to counter boredom. The athletic atmosphere discovered with mixed netball in the objective to win easily compensates for the need of entertainment and is hardly thought boring. This unique possibility enables an individual to get an incredible aerobic workout from the games, while hardly being hindered by the boredom of a mundane workout.

When you look at the aspects of improving an individual's health, often you refer to the potential of diet and exercise. Whilst these might impact the physical factors of a person's health, one area that is normally ignored refers to the mental health of a person. When you take advantage of the sport of mixed netball, you'll discover a unique resource that could challenge you mentally in addition to the physical aspects. Going through a generic exercise routine of minimal cardio and slow repetition serves no purpose in improving your mental health. The constant motion and high level of participation demanded from the sport of netball forces individuals to challenge themselves intellectually, which could prove highly stimulating and improve mental health.

With the combination of physical health and mental health offered by mixed netball a person would be able to identify this as their greatest resource in the objective of improving overall health. Best of all these games are usually easily discovered in many convenient locations, enabling you to find variety in choice as well as convenience in selection.

Testimonials

Brent Stone
Captain/Player

I've played netball with Melbourne Netball for almost 10 years and in that time also played in many other social competitions. I can say without a doubt, that the level of organisation, quality of umpiring and friendly social character of Melbourne Netball is far better than any other social competitions I've played in.

Melbourne Netball provides the opportunity and support to improve as a player through good umpiring and friendly competition. The umpires and coordinators are experienced, approachable, friendly and helpful. These characteristics promote healthy competition rather than aggressive 'win at all costs' behaviour that I've experienced elsewhere. At Melbourne Netball, your rivals can become your team mates and your team mates can become great friends.

I even met my wife playing at Melbourne Netball.

Hey I'm really happy with my results in this netball company. I'll be frank!!! I came to meet the girls!!! These girls are all relaxed and outgoing people. It's great to be able to have a chat and a laugh around netball, with less social pressure. So surprisingly my results are just as good on the court as they are off the court LOL ...Just kidding. It's worth joining guys. Sign up sign up sign up.

I suggest to all netball players to stick with Melbourne Netball simply because they care about you when you ever get injuries. I was recently at another Richmond Comp and they were shocking and they didn't have insurance and now I know why. Duty of care is so important and this team have got it right.
