Sex, Lies and MLM
Multi-level marketing is sexy when you find a company you really love. Picking a company simply as a way to make money is not likely to work. If your heart is not in it, you aren't llkely to build an organization.
MLM is a way of making some extra income for most people, not a way to get rich.
Why the diamond shaped symbol? The diamond is the shape of almost all network marketing organizations. They do not resemble pyramids. Growth does not continue down all lines. The organization gets wide then narrows.
Learn to look for the problems with each system. Learn who you can trust. The whole business will be built on trust. You should feel comfortable from the start.
Why should I have a network marketing business?
I borrow liberally from Marketwave by Len Clements:1) Low risk. Your investment should be small to get started. Typical is less than $400.
2) You can start with only 5-10 hours a week.
3) You can keep your old job, until you build the business.
4) Consultants are available to help you.
5) The company takes care of products, payroll, warehousing, and research and development.
6) You should be provided the system and training, similar to a franchise, on how to build a business.
7) There are tax advantages to owning a small business.
All this for $25-50 a year.
