    10 years ago I was in deep debt with no income. I put $4,000 more on my credit cards then to change careers. It got me out of debt, bought a house and traveled. Recent events put me way back in debt, more than before. But, I put another 4,000 on my cards because I believe in the MLMGoldmine.

    Earlier this year I lost the two loves of my life. My furry boys. I started to volunteer at a shelter, but saw what was lacking and decided I needed to build my own, but how could I finance this huge dream I thought. Through MLM, but now I need traffic in order to sell the wears to fund this dream.

Uh Oh... I Think I Set Cancun On Fire! (Help Me Puh-lease?) 

hey guys,

after i posted up my cancun confession the
other day, i think i set the MLMGoldMine
roof on fire!

(and i did it even from all the way out here
in cancun!)

i mean, some people really appreciated what
i had to share on my deep, down, and dirty
confession.

while others...
well, they were straight-out offended!

(my neo-entreprenuer remark is what really
got the waters boiling!)

so that's why i created another video here
to kind of help set the record straight behind
all the fuss that my last video created.

but more importantly than just setting the
record straight...

i'm going to teach you a very powerful lesson
here shortly on the comments and the video
response to this video.

you see...

on this video, i propose a very intriguing
question that will teach you an invaluable
lesson within the next few days...

and that's why i'm asking for your help.

How, at 51, a dead broke, burnt out Baby Boomer
came to Ohana and is Kickin' it with the Neo's

I'm 51 years young, not exactly the age group
of your Neo's but I am probably younger at
heart than many.

I've struggled with MLM for over 20 years,
my fear of rejection and the underlying
feeling of "Not good enough" has held me back
at every turn. No matter how wonderful the
product, business or opportunity. When it came
to cold calling and approaching people-even my
friends & family, I would clam up and not be
able to say a word.

But, I had the passion and the dream. I kept
studying every course I could get my hands
on, kept pushing forward, hoping that some day
I would break free from all that was
holding me back and break through to success.

My MLM Goldmine story actually began with the
SGR Seminar. I had seen the Secret and was
looking for a home study course, found the SGR
Seminar and that's when everything began
to change.

I signed up for the affiliate program because
I saw what this could do for people, and I
saw the income potential. I had gained a renewed
sense of passion, deeper and stronger than I had
felt for a very long time. But, there I was again,
stuck in the fear of rejection, so I went searching
for a way to market online.

I found a post on the SGR forum by Kristen
Darkenwald, offering to mentor 5 people. I
took a chance and emailed her. She began to work
with me, showing me the MSM stuff.

As I worked through each step, she would send me
a video of you guys now and then, to help me
get the next lesson.

I was so blown away by all of you, I can't
tell you how warm and accepting many of you
come across. It just grabbed me. I had to know
more, so I asked her what "Ohana" was all about
and was accepted into the family in the second
week of August.

Since that time, not only has my confidence and
mindset shifted, I've come to actually LOVE what
I do for the first time EVER in MLM.

I've just sold my first home study course this
morning. I've got 5 people that I'm working with
that have CONTACTED ME.

I will be submitting 3 MLM Goldmine applications
for membership in the comig week and I've just
got started!!

This has never happened to me in my life Dennis.

My videos aren't perfect, my myspace page
needs work, but you guys have helped me to just
put it out there and keep refining as I go along.

One last thing...

I got a call last night from a guy on New Jersey
who saw my videos, he's my age and has been
watching everything that's been happening with
the scholarship and stuff. He saw my video on the
Squidoo blog and contacted me through my myspace
page.

What he told me was, when he saw I wasn't
just a kid and that I was actually doing this too,
he had to know more. So, he went to my page and my
story totally resonated with him, he said he had to
contact me and see if I really was lke I seem on my
videos.

He will be submitting an application for Ohana soon.

Dennis, I want you, Jimmy, Gregory and everyone in

myself back to being the fun, happy and crazy
person I was when I was when I first got the dream.

so i decided to do some math and added-up
all the views that everyone has been able to
get from all the videos combined...

...and you want to know something?

with all the video views combined,
there's been almost 30,000 total views
to date!

do you know what this means?

for the last 3-weeks, we've generated over
10,000 video views (exposures) per week!

and the best part is...

it didn't cost us a single dime to do it!

imagine getting 30,000 clicks to your website
using Google Adwords in 3-weeks.

even if you paid the bare minimum of let's say
$0.10 cents a click (now i know... there's no way
in heck you'd get 30,000 clicks on Google in 3-short
weeks with just $0.10 cents a click... but just
imagine with me for a second here okay? ;-)

to get 30,000 clicks or exposures to your business

* what opened up for you in your business?

* what opened up for you in your life?

* who inspired you the most from the MLMGoldMine family?

* did you learn anything from any of the other contestants?

* any last comments, feed-back, suggestions, questions,

but i just put this simple list together for
you to stir-up you're creative juices a bit.

if you can inspire people with your videos,
add value to their lives, or make some kind
of personal *CONNECTION* with them through
your message that moves them to take an action
to go to your website or contact you...

that's all you want to do with your videos
and the video had done it's job.

to do with your videos as well that gives
you an edge over any other type of advertising
like Google Adwords...

better and better at making videos that
convert viewers into prospects, and prospects
into sales and new downline members.

and through practice...

you'll learn to become more attractive,
more magnetic... and then people will have
no choice but to leave you a comment, go to
your website, or better yet, give you a call!

that leads me to my last final tip for the day, and then i promise i'll let you go! 

i would highly recommend you include your
MySpace page or your website on your video...

and perhaps even a phone # so that
people can call you.

because in the end guys...

these videos are designed to help you generate
leads and traffic for your business.

and that's why, every video you create...

you should be including your MySpace page and
your phone # for people to connect with you.

(Now, I don't recommend putting your personal
phone # on these videos... but go get a FreeVoicemail
from places like www.k7.net and use your voicemail #
in the videos so that you can just get back to
people after they've left you a message first.)

that's it gusy...

the reason why i'm adding this last video response
to the mix is because i'm taking you further down

What I learned from posting a video...

First and foremost I learned that I seem to have a talent for this thing.

Just reading the comments motivated me to do more. I am currently going to brand myself via my website (no more advertising the big guys in the company), coming up with ideas for more videos, and going to get a myspace up.

Also, it makes me feel like I am not alone in this whole thing. Seeing that others have gone thru the SAME that I have.

More than anything, it makes me want it more. I want to do bigger videos. I want better videos. For that I will hit my success targets and then have the ability to do more videos.

I also learned that its VERY easy to find me. VERY easy. Those videos were out just a few minutes, i posted on the MLM Goldmine blog and BAM comments and views. I hadn't showed the video to any friends or begged for votes and comments. It was real. I was like a kid on Christmas morning when I saw i had a comment.

In general, this whole experience makes me want it more. A lot more.

I gotta tell you this!! I had a phone call from a strange number earlier today about 4:30 pm, but I missed the call. Then they immediately called back and I was on the phone so I missed it again.

Turns out they were interested in joining my promary MLM business. They were practically eating off my plate trying to get in touch with me!! I finally called them back and it was a 40 something couple wanting to consult ME about my business and knocking down my door trying to be in my downline.

I talked with them for about 30 minutes (including a dropped call haha!!) and by the time the conversation was over I had a new couple in my downline!! CRAZY.

The thing that intrigued me the most is that they said "we saw your videos on myspace and wanted to talk to a real person." What can I say it was TSLOA.

I gotta teach this stuff to my upline. One of them (my upline) told me "I dont know what you're doing, but keep it up."

    First let me say you have helped in ways you don't even know and thanks for the shout out on video 1 about my buddy who passed the next step will be for us to form a minor league I have no problem with that count me in I will keep the videos coming and want to be part of it

these fires are killing me... so i'm leaving california! 

hey guys,

if you haven't already heard by now,

there's some massive fires spreading like
wildfire across the entire southern california
region... and it doesn't look like it's going
to get better any time soon.

more than 500,000 homes were ordered to
flee the fires. even hotels serving as
temporary shelters for evacuees had to be
evacuated.

i was trying to go for my morning walk earlier
this morning and all i could smell is burnt
ashes filling-up my lungs.

it really wasn't a pretty site.

and it's getting way too crazy out here
so i don't think i can take it anymore!

that's why i'm writing you this letter.

#1) luckily, my area hasn't been directly
affected by the fires, but, more than a half
of a million other people already have.

that's why i'm going to be sending some money
over to the red cross to help out with the relief
efforts. and if you want to do the same thing too,

#2) because of all this uncontrollable madness,
i'm planning to head out of town for about
a week or so out to the east coast so that i
can escape these devastating wildfires.

and while i'm gone, i've decided to attend
a few seminars just to make sure my time spent
out there is still productive.

so if there's any one out there that would like
to get together for a mini brainstorming
mastermind session...

let me know and we can go get some jamba juice
or something and hang-out, talk shop, and see
what i can do to help you with your business.

(if we get together... you gotta promise to
at least buy me a drink okay? ;-)

#3) here's what my schedule kind of looks like:

* Thursday, November 1st I arrive at the
JFK airport in New York @ 8:15am.

I'll be travelling with the great jimmy davis
and we don't have anything planned for that
whole thursday...

so if you're in the area, let me know and let's
hook-up for some tea or a smoothie or whatevers.

after we arrive at the JFK airport...

next, we'll be heading down to connecticut
(or is it up... not quite sure of the geography
out there on the east side)...

but we'll be heading out to Howie Schwartz's
Sustainable Traffic Workshop on November
2nd and 3rd (Friday & Saturday).

Thursday will work great.

and we also have Sunday free as well since
we don't actually leave until 8pm at night,

but because jimmy is such a big huge 'colts'
football fan since he's from indiana,

there's no way in heck he's going to miss
the big game that day with the last 2
undefeated when the 'colts' play the
new england 'patriots'.

so if you want to meet up with us
on sunday, it'll probably have to be
at some sort of sports bar so we can
watch the game.

#5) after connecticut...

we'll be heading out to Mesa, Arizona
for Joe Polish's Pirhana marketing
super conference.

(i think that's close to phoenix.)

there, i plan on battling tim ferriss who
wrote the book called the '4-hour work week'.

(i heard he too used to be a professional
breakdancer back in the day so i thought
a little battle for old times sake wouldn't
hurt. we'll see if he steps up to my challenge! ;-)

plus, another guy i really want to meet at
that seminar is the billionaire tycoon
'sir richard branson' who is the guy behind
the whole virgin airlines franchise.

big-time player... a very unconventional
thinker, brilliant entreprenuer, and i'm sure
there's 'heaps' (for all my mates down-under)
to learn from him.

but the main thing is,

if you're anywhere in the mesa, arizona
area and you'd like to get together
some time...

i'll be out there on november 8, 9, and 10th.
that's a thursday, friday, and saturday.
