Are You an MLM Grinder or MLM Rock Star?
Randy Gage, MLM industry guru and one of my mentors, recently asked me the question ... 'Are you an MLM Grinder or MLM Rock Star?'.
If you are an MLM Grinder it means that the business evolves entirely around you, everyone in your team comes to you for everything, you are probably building the business in the old fashioned way of meeting people face to face and driving thousands of miles or kilometers to present your MLM opportunity, and you probably have no strategy to ATTRACT MLM leads to you and your business.
MLM Grinders would find their business collapse after a few months of them not working in it. They do not truly have a walk away residual income stream from their MLM.
In addition, many MLM Grinders are working for MLM companies that have onnerous monthly qualifications such as monthly sales volumes etc which means you can never really walk away from the business.
