The key to maintaining retention and stability in your downline
One of the reasons so many people fail in MLM is that they have a very low retention rate in their downline. Even people who have a huge number of contacts and sponsor a reasonable amount of people into their MLM company often fail because most people cannot do what they are doing and the retention rate amongst their downline is too low.
To get a good MLM RECRUIT RETENTION rate you will need a system which does not involve making people do things that they cannot stand to do and also which they can do relatively easily and with quick results. The closer your recruiting system gets to making this possible the more success you will ultimately have. 200 people actively building your downline is much more effective than 1.
The best way to do this is online. Online marketing has 2 particular strengths which make it an asset. Firstly You are marketing to an infinite amount of prospects all over the world and secondly any marketing you create helps to build a funnel which could be effective in bringing prospects to you for years. An effective blog or video is both free to use and can continue to bring prospects to you for a long time. This allows you to build up advertising and help you maintain a constant flow of targeted prospects.
An online marketing system ultimately has to be good to succeed, it has to be effective in bringing good prospects and it also has to be easily duplicable, if no-one but you can do it your business will still ultimately fail. But an effective system can provide excellent MLM RECRUIT RETENTION. Also to be effective it must stand out from other online opportunities so a prospect chooses you over your competition.
