There are a lot of reasons why people fail in MLM, though it is almost never the individuals fault. The single biggest of these reasons that most people fail in MLM is because they don't have a system. So I'm going to tell you some of the basics to creating an MLM SYSTEM FOR SUCCESS.

Firstly you were probably told  when you first started MLM to make a huge list of everyone you have ever met, then call them all up and sell your business to them. There are a few problems with this, firstly it doesn't work, secondly you will make a lot of enemies and thirdly your retention rate among your downline will be tiny because everyone hates to do this. Most importantly it breaks the first rule of what you need to do to create an effective MLM system. This method of sponsoring doesn't work, the companies likes it because they get a lot of customers quickly and they don't have to pay the reps because they all quit.

The most important thing about an MLM SYSTEM FOR SUCCESS is to create a system which brings prospects to you, rather than you having to go to them. Don't ever bother friends and family again, it doesn't work and you will end up hating MLM and wondering why it didn't work. There are various ways to bring prospects to you, for starters e-mail there are prospects who might sign for you through e-mail you wouldn't get over the phone and they won't feel pressured, if they don't want to know they can just delete it.

Another useful way to build your business is through blogs, online videos and paid google adwords. All of these methods will attract the right kinds of people if used effectively and will also mean that they work for you all the time not just when your actively doing it. Sites like youtube get millions of hits a day and a video could continually bring people in to your business. You won't have to speak or come into contact with anyone who is not interested, you won't be going to them, they will be coming to you.

You could also create an MLM SYSTEM FOR SUCCESS through local advertising, you could put ads in anywhere from job centres to local papers for distributors, or advertise almost anywhere for customers who could even turn out to be great prospects as well.
