Just Focusing On One Prospect Per Month

You have been with many network marketing companies, with good compensation plans, some going six levels deep. You are asked to get six of your best prospects to start with, these can be your family and closest friend, your warm market.You are asked to speak to no one until you have learned the scripts, or have your up-line or sponsor prospect these people for you. You tried to get those six prospects, or three, according to the requirements of that company, but instead of six you recruited three, or four prospects, but you cannot complete your first team until you have six people, or three as the case may be.

Can You Build Another Way?

There is a system called "The Power Of One", and is used by a few network marketing teams. This is a very effective system to build your team, if everyone recruited would follow the system, work with it, not just focusing on getting six recruits, but getting only one, and training that one person to get one, and so on, this system will work.

This could be very profitable to the team members that would stick to the plan.

Now here is how it works. You start by recruiting one person per month, if you recruit more its OK, but you are focusing on only one recruit per month. The person you recruited will start by recruiting one person per month, the person he recruits also recruits one person, or focus on recruiting only one person per month.

In a twelve months period it would look like this:

The First Month- You and your recruit=2,
Month #2- Two of you recruit One each=4,
Month#3 - The 4 recruit one each =8,
Month#4- The 8 recruit one each =16,
Month#5- 16 recruit 32,
Month#6- 32 recruit 64,
Month#7- 64 recruit 128,
Month#8- 128 recruit 256,
Month#9- 256 recruit 512,
Month#10- 512 recruit 1024,
Month#11- 1024 recruit 2048,
Month#12- 2048 recruit 4096.
