My Search for the Absolute Best MMA Strength and Conditioning Program Out There!

I'd searched everywhere for the best MMA strength and conditioning program I could find! I was sick and tired of getting conditioning ideas from friends or getting random exercises off the Internet that had no real proven plan or long term agenda I could trust! I didn't want to mess around. I needed a full proof source I could depend for all of my MMA conditioning needs that would allow me to dominate opponents and have the absolute edge over the competition!

Finally, I found the exact program I had been searching for! It did way more for my conditioning, cardio and strengthening than I'd ever expected! My Strength and Conditioning level for MMA shot through the roof!

I made a list of what I was looking for. I knew it probably wasn't going to be easy to find because I had such high standards..

Ok, the program I found is not for messing around but it happened to be exactly what I was looking for...


If you are not serious about MMA training then don't invest in this program. If you go to work all week and than show up for a couple MMA classes on the weekend, I recommend you look at some alternatives. Also, if you are only looking for freebies like single workouts that famous people do, you will not find it at this website. This is a serious, hard core fully advanced MMA conditioning program that requires full commitment. The results are awesome though. It's one of those programs that makes you feel like you could fight forever!

Once Again.. Do not Pursue This Program If..

- You are brand new to MMA

- You are not seriously committed

- You are not serious about conditioning

- You only do MMA once or twice a week

- You are just looking for free exercises to try


If you are new to MMA and just do it casually I don't want to leave you empty handed. I've located what I consider one of the better foundation programs. Beginners can access this toward the bottom of the page.

For serious athletes, the program I used is tailored to totally dominate opponents in the ring by way of advanced conditioning methods. It has absolutely everything a committed fighter would want in a full conditioning program but of course still requires you work your butt off. Everything is charted and lade out specifically for you though so you can spend more time on fighting and sparring. That's another aspect I was interested in.

Eric Wong, the creator of the program has a background in both fitness education and MMA. Most other programs don't have any real credit behind them. Some of his students have already made it to the UFC and credited much of their success to his conditioning and training program methods

The conditioning program I learned from helped me incorporate the right exercises in a way that fit in with my technical training schedule. The results I experienced were outstanding! My power striking doubled and my cardio lasted way longer without ever gassing!

Don't be afraid to work hard and sacrifice.. Be Committed!!

- Jiu jitsu/wrestling training & kickboxing are not enough to develop superior punching power and cardio. Complete exercises must be utilized also.

- MMA Conditioning Training is an entire science and random exercise is the wrong way to go. If I follow random exercise orders or just use my own exercises, I'll be leaving out key components that my body needs to be both safe and explosive.
