Power

Power is your best weapon

All MMA fighters have power in their strikes but the fighters that make it to the UFC have tremendous power because of their power training in the gym. Power in the gym comes from lifting weights and much more. The MMA Workout Routine builds up your strength and gives you power in all your strikes that gives you knockout power. KO' power intimidates your opponents and make it easier for you to go to the show!

Conditioning

Are you ready to go the distance?

In MMA, conditioning, is the key to victories. If you are well conditioned to the point where you are still ready to fight at 100% in the final minutes of your fight and your opponent is tired, then you will simply dominate him in those final minutes. Conditioning happens in the gym where their are many exercises packed into your routine that will condition you for the final minutes of your fight. Conditioning is what any fighter can improve on at any time!
