Model trains, sometimes calleld model railroading, has been described as 'the world's greatest hobby'

For many people involved [or should I say, engrossed] in this wonderful hobby, it would have all begun when they received a toy train set as a Christmas present when they were youngsters.

Today, there are hundreds of clubs and associations throughout the world. Although USA probably has the most clubs and associations related to model trains, there are also many clubs and associations across the United Kingdom and Europe.
