And Who Made You God ?

When we were kids, we would say "And who made you God?" in reference to someone trying to have a say so or attempting to make a decision about something they have no rights to or authority over.

How much do we have a right to, as humans, here on Earth?
Does everything need to have our footprint on it?
When does control become "out-of-control"?
Is it acceptable for us, as humans, to control absolutely everything in our environmental atmosphere?

Choosing between life and death, poverty and wealth, sickness and health. Now it's the weather, of all things. Weather, by definition, is supposed to be 'unpredictable'..... naturally. We are slowly removing 'natural' from our own nature.

A recent statement : "The FDA dealt a disappointing blow recently to consumers hunting for natural choices for their families... the FDA declined to issue a regulation that would define use of the word "natural" on food and household product packaging in the near future, stating:

"we're not sure how high of an issue it is for consumers". .

When and how did this become UNIMPORTANT to us. I don't think it ever has. It looks like our public opinions are being controlled as well everything else in our environment.

Nature is the guiding force of creation. I always thought that Mother Nature was one of those gray areas that we as humans had no business in tampering with. I believe altering nature is only "asking for it". Whatever happened to nature having it's own way.

Altering nature can become harmful to the environment and destructive to humanity. We may see benefits now but over time, it will rip a whole in this planet that will wipe us out.

We are becoming our own worst enemy. Killing our planet. One day the tide will turn and it will kill us back. We will drown in our own pool of pollution, suffocating in the unbreathable air we smog, while everything healthy expires.

Cloud Seeding

Wikipedia definition

Cloud seeding, a form of weather modification, is the attempt to change the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds, by dispersing substances into the air that serve as cloud condensation or ice nuclei, which alter the microphysical processes within the cloud. The usual intent is to increase precipitation (rain or snow), but hail and fog suppression are also widely practiced in airports.

In the United States, cloud seeding is used to increase precipitation in areas experiencing drought, to reduce the size of hailstones that form in thunderstorms, and to reduce the amount of fog in and around airports. Cloud seeding is also occasionally used by major ski resorts to induce snowfall. Eleven western states and one Canadian province (Alberta) have ongoing weather modification operational programs. In January 2006, an $8.8 million cloud seeding project began in Wyoming to examine the effects of cloud seeding on snowfall over Wyoming's Medicine Bow, Sierra Madre, and Wind River mountain ranges.

History and Problems in Weather Modification

Weather modification is the effort of man to change naturally occurring weather, for the benefit of someone. The best-known kind of weather modification is cloud seeding, with the goal of producing rain or snow, suppressing hail (which can ruin crops), or weakening hurricanes. ......

....... Unlike scientists who share their discoveries and knowledge in journals published by professional societies, the early commercial cloud seeders regarded their knowledge as proprietary information (i.e., protected by the law of trade secrets) to be used to enhance their ability to earn an income, but not to share with others. ......

..... Before one can understand legal problems of cloud seeding, including tort liability for cloud seeding, one must first understand something about cloud seeding experiments. The following terse discussion is a summary of some of the problems associated with cloud seeding........

The North American Interstate Weather Modification Council

Change In The Weather

The North American Interstate Weather Modification Council (NAIWMC) is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization comprised of regulatory agencies, sponsoring organizations, and research institutions involved in atmospheric water resource management technology, commonly known as weather modification or cloud seeding. The NAIWMC exists to facilitate the free exchange of information regarding cloud seeding research and operations in North America.

Weather-modification supporters face a perceived negative bias in the scientific community. For instance, a 2003 report from the US National Research Council publicly doubted whether weather-modification techniques work at all, although it did call for more investment in the field. There has yet to be the definitive experiment that settles exactly how well cloud seeding - or other weather-modification techniques, such as diverting fog or suppressing hail - works (or not). Part of the scepticism is due to the field's chequered history. And basic questions remain unanswered regarding cloud and atmospheric physics, such as the influence of air-pollution aerosols.

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) has introduced S.1807 that would create a Weather Mitigation Advisory and Research Board to oversee funding of research in weather modification.

Summit Sun News

There are currently 13 cloud seeding generators but a further 10 will be needed to cover the new area.

Snowy Hydro and the resorts have welcomed the news that the cloud seeding program will not only be extended to 2014 but also be doubled in size to include the area around Selwyn Snowfields.

However, although Snowy Hydro's cloud seeding team are ready to start today, May 1, they will not be able to cloud seed into the new area until State Government legislation has been changed.

SOUTH TEXAS WEATHER MODIFICATION ASSOCIATION

http://southtexasweathermodification.com/

South Texas Weather Modification Association is a non-profit organization consisting of several water districts and a county commissioner's court. The association first formed in 1996 and conducted its first seeding mission the following year. After a decade of existence, the STWMA, based in Pleasanton, continues to perform seeding operations over multiple counties in south-central Texas.

.....2005
It was a busy year, with 54 days of seeding. One notable event occurred in July, when seeding of the outer rain bands of Hurricane Emily took place over the southern target area. This was the second time this has been done in the STWMA program; Hurricane Bret was the first, on August 21, 1999.

Who knew?

In April 1997, United States Secretary of Defense William Cohen declared that there are terrorists at work who "... are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves..."

Weather modification in the form of cloud seeding to increase snow packs in the Sierras or suppress hail over Kansas is now an everyday affair. Hundreds of environmental and weather modifying technologies have been patented in the United States alone-and hundreds more are being developed in civilian, academic, military and quasi-military laboratories around the world at this moment! This book lays bare the grim facts of who is doing it and why. The earth and the sky themselves have been turned into weapons!

Underground nuclear tests in Nevada have set off earthquakes. A Russian company has been offering to sell typhoons on demand since the 1990s. Scientist have been searching for ways to move hurricanes for over 50 years-the same timeframe that took us from the Wright Brothers to Neil Armstrong. In this book, Jerry E. Smith picks up where his 1998 book about the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) left off. He reports on recent developments at HAARP, including its possible connection to the crash of the Space Shuttle Columbia and what role, if any, it played in certain "natural" disasters, like Hurricane Katrina.

Tackling the chemtrail controversy, Smith examines claims that particles called aerosols are being deliberately injected into the atmosphere. Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb, proposed putting up a "sun screen" of aerosols to save the earth from global warming-is someone actually doing it? Numerous ongoing military programs do inject aerosols at high altitude for communications and surveillance operations. Could these include mind control or population control applications?

Smith puts these technologies into context by examining the geopolitical conflicts that are driving their development from Globalization to the rise of Neo-Con Neo-Fascism.

I have several videos I've done myself that I have posted on You Tube of the chem trails in Western PA. This is sickening. I developed asthma as an adult and there are so many days that I just can't seem to breathe well anymore. Excellent post. This is so sickening and it is our future.

On March 16 2010 Sarnia Ontario had in excess of 200 planes leaving trails. Two days later my daughter wiped her eye, and lost at least 15 eyelashes in one swipe. How do we stop these polutants?
