Quick and Easy Banana Bread and Lowfat Too

Nothing smells as good as banana bread baking in the oven. The recipe I'm offering here is simple to make; you use one bowl, one spoon and a loaf pan. That's EASY cleanup.

This is the banana bread recipe that we used when I was growing up. I think it originally was published in the Fannie Farmer Cookbook. I had no idea that it was low-fat; the bananas keep the bread moist and rich-tasting. I still use this banana bread recipe with MY family. I hope you enjoy it.

I've included some other banana quickbread recipes that sound interesting. I can almost smell the bread baking.
