Spanking should not be outlawed!
I'm sorry but I think the government is overstepping its bounds when it tells you how you may discipline your children. My state just went to a NON-Spanking state. It is actually against the law to spank your child. This law is so stupid. All it is going to do is tie up courts with cases regarding child discipline where the parent gets punished for correcting their child when the child steps out of line. I have a feeling many children will be removed from good homes because of suspected "abuse" after telling their teacher or friend they were spanked for doing something wrong. I think it should be outlawed to cause physical harm, beat your children, or abuse them but not spank them. The choice to spank should be a parental right.
No Spanking, it may become a law.
