Personal business cards are a wonderful way for Moms and Dads to have your emergency contact information readily available for grandparents, babysitters, daycares, schools, and play dates. You can use these cards to note allergies and health concerns, emergency contact information, and you can even include a photo of your child.

Mommy Card Suggestions
Mommy Cards can include a wide variety of useful information, depending on the child. If you have other suggestions for Mommy Cards, please let us know in the guestbook.
- Your Child's Name
- A photo of your child - useful if they get separated from you at a park or store.
- Your home phone number
- Cell phone numbers for parents and/or grandparents
- An email address - useful if you want to give the cards to teachers, sunday school, or day care and want them to email news to you.
- It's very important to list your child's allergies! This could prevent an emergency.
- List important health warnings such as: asthma, seizures, diabetes, etc.
- You may wish to include your home address and make sure to keep a Mommy Card with your child at all times. Perfect if they get separated from you.
- You may wish to include your child's doctor or dentist information, in the event of an emergency.
- You may wish to include an alternate contact person, such as an Aunt or Grandmother, in the event that you cannot be reached.
