    I'm definitely going to make this, but with extra pepper & that dash of cayenne pepper!
    Maybe even a little diced fresh jalapeno as well! :)

    2. The recipe sounds good. I would use frozen corn though as I think it tastes more like corn off the cob.

    Yes, you had me with cheese! My son loves cheese on anything and this sounds like a great alternative to just plain corn. Thank you for sharing your Mom's recipe with us. She is beautiful and so are you!

    Reading this recipe made my mouth water and I started thinking about June 10th when I had some in the park. It was very nice to meet you that day. I am going to try this the next time we have a family dinner gathering. I will volunteer for vegetable.

    Mmm this Thanksgiving corn casserole does look wonderful! I'm definitely a corn fan, and onions, cheese and pepper fan so I'll go with your Mom's version! And I love easy recipes - looks like a hit to me!
