The easiest Ice cream Sandwiches EVER!
Here's what you need:
1 pkg. chocolate chip cookies (or homemade)
1 pkg. chocolate mini chips
1 large container whip cream (I use cool-whip)
Here's what you do
Fold mini chips into whip cream, spoon mixture on back of a cookie. Top with another cookie and put on a cookie sheet. Freeze at least 30 minutes. Serve!
