3 basic root causes to diseases and disorders: 

When working with health issues we need to get to the "root" of the problem

The first root cause of disease is nutritional deficiency or lack of nutrients and oxygen needed for cell health. This comes from devitalized foods, genetically modified foods, mineral-deficient foods, processed foods, microwaved foods and other sources.

The second root cause of disease is environmental toxins. These are the poisons that irritate and damage cells, creating inflammation and an array of other problems. They can be heavy metals, chemicals or poisons that come from outside the body, or they can be the body's own uneliminated waste products. These toxins include pesticides, irradiation, mercury, pollution, chemicals and so forth.

The third root of disease is emotional stress. Stress can instigate a whole array of chemical reaction in the body, including oxidative damage. it disrupts energy flow through the nerves in the body and cause fluids to become stagnant.

Clear your skin with natural herbs and healthy diet.

It is back to school time and I know it can be a serious crisis when your teen gets a terrible breakout of acne pimples on their face. This is even serious for adults. My daughter is almost 22, away in college and I sometimes get calls or text messages from her when she is really upset from skin break outs.
I ALWAYS say to her "baby, you need to cleanse your colon." This is true too, because when you cleanse from the inside and get all the waste out of your system you will be surprised at how well your skin looks. People are always pleased with this, along with other skin conditions like dandruff, psoriasis and eczema clearing up.
