Manage Mom Stress in The Home Office

Are you living with too much stress?

Do you feel so overwhelmed you don't know what to do most of the time? Are your days out of control?

Are you spending more time screaming... crying.... pacing the floor... pulling your hair out. . . or lying awake at night worrying?

We all have at some time.

As parents we seem to have more than our share of stress. Our kids are screaming, clients are demanding, your significant other simply ignores what's going on around them. Grandma constantly arrives unannounced. Phone's ringing, bills are overdue, customers packages get lost in the chaos of that place you call "home-office".

It makes us want to crawl back under the covers. To run screaming through the house. Or to lash out at the very ones we are trying to please.

Whatever happened to quiet nights, romantic dinners, a clean house and happy kids?

It's easy for parents to get overwhelmed by all the problems that can happen while raising a child and working from home. You become short tempered with friends and loved ones. Clients get pushed away, causing more stress. When this starts to happen, it can cause stress between parents and their child and their work. Managing you mom stress takes organization, planning and a little help from everyone. Take Action Reduce Stress for a calmer more healthy home office.

Dreaming of Getting Away: Is Work Away From Home Less Stressful to Moms

Do you often find yourself dreaming of rejoining the work force just to get some peace of mind?

Your life is filled with cooking for kids, cleaning up after kids, taxiing them to different activities, refereeing squabbles, phones ringing and kids yelling. It' s no wonder you sometimes think having a job will ease some of that stress.

Before you consider returning to work, weigh all the reasons you became a stay at home or work at home mom in the first place. You wanted to be there to raise your kids, to see the firsts in their lives. You wanted to be the one to discipline them in your way and to teach them values.

When the stress starts to mount, remember the times with your kids can never be returned. Just smile and go on.
