How to get more traffic to your website!

  1. Make a lens on Squidoo. Rather simple really, you're already here!
  2. Stumble your site, and the subpages. Stumbleupon is a sort of search engine, that looks at what people like, if you find a page you life, you "Stumble" it and then other people can find it based on what category it is in.

  3. Google Adwords, is a Pay Per Click(PPC) program. I'm sure you have seen these before, the little text ads next to the main content of a website, or on the side of the page when you do a Google search. How it works, is that you will write your ad about your website, including keywords, and a little information about your site. Be dramatic, and grab the readers attention. It doesn't cost anything for your ad to be displayed, but if the ad is clicked upon, then you get charged up to an amount you had set when you made the ad. The more money you are willing to spend per click the ad sends you, the better placement your ad will have, and there fore the more traffic you will get. Some of the keywords are highly competitive, "money" and "jobs" are some of the very costly ones, with some big companies paying 5 or 6 dollars a click for that adspace, well placed. Use your dollars wisely, and don't try to beat out the big companies. There are multiple programs you can sign up for
  4. You can also use trafficswarm, it's a member-based search engine kind of thing, with credits due, and received.
