4. Sign up for hosting, acquire domain name, upload squeeze page to server.
6. Direct squeeze page to affiliate product sales page after user enters email.
7. Drive traffic to squeeze page.
8. Make money if customer buys product.
9. Continue to email customer offers. The reason for the squeeze page.
