Positive emotions are the signals from you that attract like-vibrating circumstances back into your life. Some days are certainly more challenging than others when it comes to maintaining a positive outlook.
Considering that billions of others are also practicing The Law of Attraction on the same turf that you are, it might seem that conflicts and frustrations are inevitable. The good news is, that this factor is an illusion. Creating good in your life does not rob anyone else, or vice-versa.
When you look back on your day and it feels like it an obstacle course, here is something easy to do about it. It only takes a few minutes, so do it right away when you get home. You'll have better digestion afterwards and probably sleep better too.
Just sit down and remember something wonderful. Or recapture the feeling of something that caused you to feel fulfilled to any degree, while you are taking a walk, or cooking dinner.
If you are a parent with an energetic family just waiting for you to solve all THEIR problems as soon as you walk in the door, lock yourself in the bathroom for a few minutes. Or stay in the car for this simple exercise in lifting your vibration.
Recall a good memory. Simple as that. Visit it until you feel the wonderful feeling you had. Recapture the feelings in it, hear some of its sounds, or visualize it. Think of breathing that memory into your body cells and let your muscles relax. Soak it in like warm sunlight.
You have now changed your vibration and are ready for your best deliberate creation! Now picture something that you want to attract into your life and soak up that idea in your good vibration. You are back into a positive emotion.

When I was a kid, daydreaming was bad. I should always have been doing something, so it seemed.
But, it wasn't my parents' fault that they didn't know about envisioning, and The Law of Attraction.
When I went to church, I heard about how you reap what you sow. Unfortunately, it was always mentioned in a negative context. If you gossiped, you reaped gossip about yourself. If you cheated people, you would be cheated. True enough, yet this same principal was not expressed in the light of positive attitudes.
One way that you can honor yourself and signal to the universe that you deserve abundance and prosperity, is to give yourself some daydreaming time.
Give yourself some fulfilling moments every day. Daydream about your desired outcomes. This is deliberate creation.
Do you feel vibrant (vibrating) enthusiasm when you daydream about what you really want to create as a better reality for you and your loved ones?
Daydreaming is a more relaxed focus than meditation, but it is productive. It creates ideas for you in an easy manner.
In trying to change or improve your life direction, set some easy goals. Just start with an intention to move toward a goal.
Action may not follow immediately, but by changing your vibration with the intention you decide on, energy will start moving.
Be aware of every success, no matter how small. If you have decided to get up a quarter hour earlier for some quiet time, and you are fulfilling that, count it as a success.

For others it is walking down a crowded and noisy street and enjoying the stimulus and high activity. Isn't having choices wonderful? Whatever you are doing, you have made a choice. Exercise gratitude for that choice and you have an abundance of positive emotions, instantly. Dr. Christiane Norththrup says that when you feel a deep feeling of unconditional "mmmmm" with something, your heart issues forth chemicals that influence your whole body in a healing way, even your brain!
Enhance your life coaching, business coaching, whatever studies, with an idea that you are going to focus on positive emotions as much as possible. Not necessarily easy at first, but start where you are by appreciating as much as possible about where you are. Get a little "mmmmm" in that appreciation.
Also. beware of terms like self help, personal development, self improvement, achievement. Why? It's built into these concepts that there is something wrong with you. This could enforce low self esteem, shame-based self evaluation and other destructive and lonely thinking.
However, you can think of these terms in the light of a transformation. "I have been _________(negative idea) but now I am moving toward ______________." This way you can transition to some creative thinking, and if you have changed your thinking, you have manifested a miracle right there. It's all on the inside.
Think differently to start feeling happier emotions. Get help and learn how to maintain positive emotions. Maintaining positive emotions means the outer details do not matter. Emotion, vibration, frequency, whatever you call it, the Law of Attraction will support you. This way the best of the other six billion creations will align with yours!
Calm Your Mind and Increase Your Spiritual Connection
Call it spiritual connection, your joyful inner child, your Higher Self, or Christ-consciousness - it's the good stuff!
So hurry up and slow down. Get a grip and let go! Isn't life just contrary and contradictory. You work the hours needed to earn more money. You don't have time to do power affirmations every day.
Keep up those earning hours, yet contemplate inner success as well. Pick your favorite spot in the place where you live, to sit and begin a plan. (Grab some paper and writing instrument, or open a document, if you are at your computer.) It does not have to be your plan. Since you can only start where you are, what is it like where you are? Right now, this minute. Do you like your spot that you picked to sit at, or would you like to change it? If so, scribble yourself a note about that.
You do not need to necessarily slow down or get quiet to calm your mind. If you can focus your attention on feelings of abundance (exhilaration, passionate appreciation and such) while cleaning out the garage to loud rock music, that is great.
In fact, the more daily tasks that you can do with a feeling of anticipating the abundance and prosperity you think you lack, the better. It is keeping that vibration of having the stuff you want (I say stuff, since everyone's list is vastly different) that is the key to attracting what your dearly want into your life.
Spirit is always connected to you. You are it. If there is a feeling of disconnection from spiritual energy, love, peace and such qualities, what is that feeling? Depression? Anxiety? If it is at a degree that doesn't stop you from functioning, call it what you want. (If you are suffering terribly, get professional help and don't waste time). Or don't call it anything, just get to a favorite spot or favorite activity where "THIS is what life is about!" vibrates. There it is. Right there.
If you want to go so far as to manifest a miracle in your life, it is accessible. Spiritual rejuvenation, inner success, increasing your spiritual connection can all be created all day long if you learn how.

Sometimes you feel down and are entertaining a less than positive attitude and you are not conscious of it! You define wealth, success, and fulfillment for yourself as an individual. If you do not know exactly how you regard these matters, sit down and write it out. Maybe you are being way too hard on yourself. Maybe you need to forgive yourself for past mistakes. Increase your spiritual abundance this way.
Focusing attention on your dreams and then not allowing the outcome into your experience seems to be a major human weakness. You may be living with attitudes you adopted from parents or other role models. So now, you need to get with your own program. And, this may blossom for you gradually.

When I first learned about the Law of Attraction I was really exhilarated. I had had many difficulties in my life and was pretty disillusioned about everything. The prospect of gaining a foothold and recovering was slim.
I had read a little about quantum physics, and I already had observed that beliefs governed what happened in peoples' lives. I needed to improve my intuition as to how to get ahead. I had always believed that one reaps what one sows, so my focused intention became to concentrate on my son, and my daily tasks.
The main factor of turning things around started with making time for deliberate creation. The only way I could do this was to get up an hour or more earlier every morning. For a few minutes I sat and looked out at the grass and trees outside, did nothing more.
There were no manifesting courses or any "secrets" to discover. I simply reflected back on some of the inspiring writings such as "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. I didn't have a copy but I remembered the basic principles.
Currently, there are many manifesting courses available. The idea has become mainstream almost. In the traditional religions, having faith that God will provide a miracle is the stable belief.
I had a startling thought recently: all the tens or hundreds of thousands of people who buy manifesting materials DON"T BELIEVE!
Or perhaps more correctly, many believe that God is good and will provide, except not for them as an individual. Somehow they are defected or tainted in some way. They are not good enough. That's a tough one, and it really closes the door on realizing abundance and related goodness. If a person feels tortured by this idea, I think they should get professional help.

I don't believe that there is another secret that we are not privy to. I do believe that there are many Law of Attraction courses available that are most likely all good. I haven't seen all of them, but the reason why I think they are all helpful, is because they all get you to focus on what you want. Then they guide you to keep deliberately creating by certain affirmations or habits.
It makes sense that if you get what you focus on, focus on what you want. This looks like simple behavior modification. You keep your attention returning to what you want and you are going to feel good.
The realities for most of us is that we need a lifestyle change to trigger personal growth. We need a plan! We need some time every day to devote to this.
Meditation can help with contacting our Inner Self, or Higher Self. I believe that our everyday self is quite adequate to propel us into manifesting abundance and other wonderful aspects of life. Calling ourselves something motivational is okay, although it is the Same Ol' Self that we bring to a manifesting course or a manifesting process. We are good enough. Don't be intimidated bu these terms.
Accessing a different ability to remain in a positive thinking mode is a realistic goal. This can be so amazing when it happens that we do feel like a different self. Conscious creation can improve healthy living, self-appreciation, and a feeling of gratitude. The vibration of attracting money can then be set into motion.

The melodrama of the daily events, as interpreted by attention stealing private interests, in the best of times, is there to distract you from YOU. You who can create a miracle now, with your thoughts and feelings, are being distracted all the time. Who benefits?
You have a self help coach now. You. You have done it before and now you are going to get grounded again, with deep breathing, perhaps meditation, reading your child a story, massaging your partner's back, trimming the roses, taking a walk.
Your mind is your domain. It is your workshop, your miracle place. Because in my opinion, every moment that you govern your own mind IS a miracle. The competition is intense.
It is horrible to be betrayed by a system you have supported. Yet, right now, you can makes choices about where you will put your attention most of the time, how you will influence the attention of those around you, and how you will help your partner, children, elders, and neighbors feel better at every given opportunity.
Since you have the Law of Attraction to work with, start wherever you can start. If you cannot make your self feel better right now, make someone else feel better. It's amazing how great someone else's gratitude can make you feel when your own is a little out of reach.
You are your own miracle consultant. You may have lost your edge and your grounding. Believe in yourself as a miracle maker. Offer help and learn how to manifest your miracle. Be of good cheer. Thoughts are boomerangs so throw your best into the sky.
How To Avoid Losing A Positive Attitude
Re-activate your amazing power of deliberate creation.
Understanding that you get what you think about can be scary. While watching a stock report on television, how can you be focusing on your goals for success? It only takes a few minutes of viewing all the disasters in the world before you start feeling anxiety and helplessness. Stop!
One way you can improve the situation faster is to focus on today. Only today. Whether you are reading this at 11:55 pm or 6:00 am, start right now.
Deliberate creation always starts right now. There is no other moment.
Take a long deep breath. Focus on your conscious attitude. However you phrase it to yourself. Go with the flow, paddle downstream, don't push the river, there are many famous slogans you might like. Or something more personalized, scripture based, whatever has been working for you.
What are some daily successes you may experience that you do not really acknowledge?

*** I escaped listening to my favorite music - whew.
*** The common household tasks created a little harmony and satisfaction for me.
Sometimes experiences like the above list create guilt. Like it's cheating to feel good when the state of the world is Quantum Catastrophe, a horror movie scenario. Guilt! What a concept! Shake it off and move on.
Your time and place of personal power is only ever right here right now. This is when you manifest a miracle. If you're thinking about creating a miracle you're not thinking about the black hole of corrupt banking policies or one man's Ponzi scheme. You are deliberately making good choices right now.
You have miraculous moments every day. Maybe they are too fleeting, so reflect on them. When you have a five minute break, go over the last two hours. What were the best moments? Pick one and savor it a little.
Think about this factor - the professional media environment knows how to get your attention (usually through inspiring fear or terror). How do YOU get your attention back? You MUST have a plan.
Avoid losing the positive attitude you've probably worked long and hard for. Staying positive and enjoying your attitude of healthy motivation, successes and goals, takes moments a day. Actually it only takes one moment, this moment, to remember that you want to manifest a miracle and CAN. It is the direction your thoughts are pointing toward that matters.
Procrastinating Moves, Self Denial, Self Sabotage and Reaching Your Goals
Self sabotage and self denial can be overcome. Avoid more emotional pain and start feeling better.
Self-denial is "the repression or sacrifice of one's own desires". There are other definitions, but that one is what I'm talking about here. It is usually unconscious or disguised as "what's good for me" in some way. You set your sights low on happiness and fulfillment because..."(fill in the blank)".
After setting some goals or just thinking about changing your life direction, all kinds of procrastinating moves suddenly show up. The whole house has to be cleaned - or the garage or the car or the...something has to be done first. Then you will be able to focus your intention on clarifying what you want to do and how you are going to do it.
Sometimes anxiety, depression, confusion, anger, all kinds of limiting emotions, get worse. It is like they are fighting back for their life. And the related physical symptoms want their air-time too. This is a big invitation to procrastinate more.
Here is where you start where you are. Pick one good thing you can do five out of seven days, just to give yourself some space and time to settle down with the idea of everything getting better.
For example, select the busiest time of day for you. Is it in the morning when you get up? If so, get up just fifteen minutes earlier and do something calming. If you have a hot drink regularly, have it, and do nothing else except focus on enjoying it. Do not rehearse the work day, you are not there yet. If you have never meditated, this a good way to start. The lotus position is not needed.
If your hectic time is a lunch break that never feels like a break, set it up differently. Do something different so that you have at least five minutes with nothing to do. Find a quiet spot to check in with yourself. Take a few deep breaths.
When you first start making quiet spots for yourself during the day, you may notice your background noise, the endless stream of thoughts and voices, most of them yours, that runs as though you are in a busy train station. Multiple levels and threads of thought can occur at the same time and it is good to listen to this a little. Your repeating self-denial, self-sabotaging, anxious ideas, or depressing feelings can be viewed for what they are - an automatic re-run of just about everything opposite to what you could focus on to create a new reality for yourself.
Your beam of recognition may initially pump up the volume on this, but then, you take a step back. You are now observing, rather than getting stuck in the middle.
Turning down your automated background noise feels good. Feeling good, in and of itself, attracts good into your life. This factor is almost too simple to grasp. Feeling good is the opposite of all your self-denials, procrastinating moves, anxiety, depression, worries, having to be right, and other complications. Walking Wounded Dad Succeeds With the Law of Attraction
He couldn't change his life direction - but pulled it off for one he loved. Stars Michael Douglas.
I'm not going to talk about the story details much because I don't want to give it away if you haven't seen it. It is a charming, funny and poignant story.
Our dysfunctional dad in this story has a few key elements in place despite his mental illness history, incarceration, and displacement from everyday realities.
He clings to certain historical accounts about a buried treasure, so to that degree he engages with the real world. To his daughter's exasperation, he remains intent on finding buried gold, left somewhere in Southern California by a Spanish priest.
The daughter is the walking wounded in family matters, but is capable, employed, and organized. Having Dad back home pretty well means more housework, no emotional or financial support, and the added job of keeping him in check.
It is entertaining to watch Dad pursue his quest, and track the development of some warm emotional moments between Dad and daughter. We can, however, see that these events do not add up to more authentic support for her, but only more concern about their bare survival.
Dad does achieve his goal by the end of the movie, and his intelligence overcomes his emotional disabilities. It is a movie, it is fiction and all that.
The lesson is that even with his disabilities, this character just does not give up! He is able to focus on his outcome and keep going. it is not that he does crazy things, his progress is quite logical. The whole premise may be crazy, but he takes action and persists. We see that it is his love for his daughter that drives him.
Ever feel like your whole premise is crazy? Making your outcome lists? Describing your dream home as though you are in it? Are there friends and relatives whom you would not want to find your dreamboards or wish lists?
In some traditional thinking The Law of Attraction is nuts. Come on, grow up. On the other hand, there is a tradition of "Ask and ye shall receive". So, if you believe, if you have faith in a traditional way, you are already vibrating with your outcome, and you will receive. Same thing.
Strive for Balanced Living - get in touch more with your beliefs inspired by scripture, or envision your best outcomes from some other angle, do it. Be inspired by every example of focused intention and love-driven activity that you can find. You will see The Law of Attraction at work in many ways.
Let Your Manifesting Miracles Simmer in Delicious Anticipation

You are committed to change your life direction. You know that like attracts like and that The Law of Attraction always works, no matter what.
Getting pulled into the whirlpool of human drama - especially banking drama - and almost drowning, means you are now attracting outcomes that are not on any of your cherished lists.
Things change, and change again. The external world keeps shifting, like scenery rolling by. You can attract the scenery you want. Doing smart things with your money right now, being prudent about spending and budgeting well does not mean you have to vibrate any differently.

Get back to your Law of Attraction processes, meditations or other positive productive activities and keep simmering the delicious anticipation of your creativity.

Ask your kids what their dream vacation would be, and listen closely. Tune in to their reality creation. Enjoy it. Get them to write it down, or write it yourself, in a journal for them and tell them to put it in a special place.
Just say "W_A_L_K" in front of your dog and tune in to its delight.
Stay on track and you will continue to experience the miracles now, as you vibrate with them. To manifest a miracle is not out of your reach.

What are the Higher Selves doing while all this is going on? Are they just busy manifesting miracles on other planets while Earth goes to Cosmic Doo-Doo?

I just got the Doctors Without Borders brochure yesterday about their upcoming exhibition here. Oh my gosh after seeing that, can I bear to go and see more? What do I have to give them? And please don't even talk to me about Darfur.
This is BIG. If the billionaires don't stay that way, if the bankers don't manage the zillions properly, what the -- can I do?
Breeeeeeathe deeeeply..... dial 1-HIG-HER-SELF, FAST. I forgot to put it in speed dial and now my fingers are tripping. Get it on speaker - gasp -what is the Word? Oh yeah - I AM.
Okay, everything just got quiet for a second.
What are the therapists and healers doing or saying while I write this? Are they trembling over their 401K reports?
First tip - don't get paralyzed. Read those reports later. Things change and things get better.
Things just did get better for some bankers who will get a bonus off the recent US bailout - I don't know how they regulate it in other countries. I, like many, don't understand how CEO's walk away from dying companies with tens of millions. How is that legal? What are their Higher CEO's thinking? It is a mean puzzle to contemplate.
So here's a new start. "I too can benefit from any situation, for the good of all and harm to no one".
Reality manifests from things we have thought and felt previously. So do more, now, of any Law of Attraction process you have, than you did yesterday. Schedule a couple of extra breaks, sneak into a stairwell and look at your kids' photos for a minute. Or your new puppy's, or look out the window at some trees for 2 minutes. I know the trees are rooting for us.
It can get worse - but has anything actually changed for you in your immediate surroundings in the past 2 weeks? For many, if they didn't come into contact with any media, they would not know.
If the human drama and emotional energy overtakes you now, what will happen next? Something to the vibration of the fear and uncertainty that is ricocheting now. So go for peaceful detachment.
Whatever has ever worked for you in practicing deliberate conscious creation, right now is the time to do it double. You can take intelligent precautions by knowing what could happen next without poisoning your nervous system.
If the people at the gym are talking about how bad it is right now say "isn't it great that the gym is still open?"
Whatever situation you are in, keep creating and vibrating with the idea of having all the help you need. Keep saying thank you for every little thing. Get back to your envisioning and other reality creations.
Probably a lot of those women over there in the refugee camps in Darfur who have to manage food and water rations every day, (when they have them) could run a better banking system for the world. They know what really matters.
Check on what you mean by miraculous in your mind. Edit, cut/paste as needed, and remember THE POWER that has created all you have now, and while some things may leave your life, maybe room is needed for something you prefer.
Getting a little peaceful detachment now IS manifesting a miracle. And will create more of same.

One thing that fascinates me is what I am thinking just as I wake up in the morning, the very first thoughts as I drift out of sleep. Have I been changing my life direction while sleeping, while dreaming?
Mostly my dreams are just plain weird. I wake up thanking in advance for the day before me. My first conscious thought is "Today is a wonderful day". But sometimes the fading feeling of a dream doesn't match that. Immediately I try tapping one of my best memories, so I can set The Law of Attraction at a different vibration.
Okay, so if in your dreams things are weird, difficult, feeling like negative emotions, puzzling, backwards, frightening or threatening, how do you change those vibrations?
One way is reviving and vibrating with positive emotions. One way of vibrating with positive emotions is appreciating something or someone. Memory, anticipation, imaginative or real. Does not matter! Whatever makes it easier.
You can vibrate with appreciation for things OTHER people have, if you don't prefer what you have now. You can vibrate with appreciation with what others HAVE DONE, if you can't be impressed with what you have done, right now. And with your imagination, you can imagine it is you, it is yours, you are in it.
And you can vibrate with appreciation with who you ARE right now. You are someone who wants to vibrate with good things. That affects a lot of people. A lot of people want to be drawn into your slipstream because they are not feeling so good today. They might have a lot more than you have, or do things easily that you wish you could do. But there are moments where you are vibrating with goodness and they are not. It's true.
Even if you are totally narcissistic, your vibrating with good things (delusional or not) will help others do so. Even if you don't want to share!
The wonderful thing about Good Vibrations is that they are contagious. Our culture tries to vaccinate us against them with bad news, financial confusions and threats of our way of life being vaporized before our eyes. I say, don't vaccinate. I do not mean pay no attention to what is going on, I say interpret it for yourself, according to your best vibration.
If nothing else is available at any given moment, try reviving positive emotions by tapping into your ability to remove limiting beliefs. This will enhance your use of The Law of Attraction (remember, it is always active) and will change your life direction.
Get A Grasp and Learn To Let It Go
For years we were told to "get a grip", grasp the situation, already. Then we learned we have to let go.
And you need to get boundaries.
Did those boundaries work out for you? Checked the perimeters lately? Or maybe you forgot where they were. Did you just end up in a prison of your own making?
You've got to keep your grasp on all of this, so you can let it go properly.
I am kind of making fun of things so many of us have worked hard at, or worked hard at teaching. But I'm not really making fun of it, I'm just trying to reiterate where we've been, with some humor.
So now, we have a whole new atmosphere of optimism and new reality creation. We have The Law of Attraction. We can create everything from scratch.
But what if you are in the middle of an awkward career, tricky marriage, or not-so-good state of health? It's already been created and has some pretty serious momentum going. Scratch was over long ago....
Remember how before digital technology existed we had film? There were frames of film in a strip, and in between there was nothing - blank material. You only saw it if the film slowed down or got stuck, and then everybody started yelling at the guy up in the booth.
I've been told that the universe is like that. On, and off, and then on, and off. Kind of like one, then zero, then one... or another analogy; radio music, white noise, radio music, white noise, as you turn the dial on your radio, or transfer digitally but don't hit right on the station.
Fine tuning with radios so you get right on the signal of the station is the optimum result. You don't want that nothingness. Or do you? What is it good for?
That nothingness is also called the Oceanic Bliss, the Quantum Field, the Void. It's kind of nothing just because there is no name that quite applies. It is multi-dimensional. It is the deep well of Potentiality out of which you can create. Even when you are already in the middle of something. That's exciting! It's scratch!
You can start again right now. You don't have to wipe it all away and destroy to create! Destroy/Create is a duality. In this dimension's spectrum of vibrations. On your typical everyday radio with its limited bandwidth.
But in between the frames of the film of your life, there are the no-zones. As in between the moments of your life there is the no-time zone. The multi-dimensional area. And you KNOW what to do with this as soon as you get a sense of it, because you are a multi-dimensional being. You've already got The Dream Radio.
How do you dial in here? It's not impossible, because part of you is always there. You're not all here! That's the good news! One way to dial into it, is to take one deep breath during which you do nothing mentally. Then another, and another, and another. Doing nothing mentally is the hard part. We are so on automatic with thought, even happy thoughts. It's like we have an automation that keeps it going even when we don't want to. But you just practice.
There are stages of meditation, this dialing in activity, and you can read about it from the experts. Breathing, and just breathing, is a simple way to meditate. You experience more of your own presence. Then you experience more of The Presence. Then you get a sense that there is no separation. Or something like that. Again, our everyday dimensionally oriented language does not describe it exactly.
So, going into this no-time/no-space zone is a way of getting into this potential energy field where all is created. It gives you peace of mind. In fact you don't even use your mind that's the whole point! You don't need it.
You experience a wonderful frequency of peace and joy and happiness and feeling good. Which matches the wonderful outcomes you have been envisioning or journaling about, or listing, or viewing in the physical universe. So now you and those desired situations are occupying the same frequency.
It seems then, that if you meditate and experience Presence, and it is blissful, you don't need to do anything else if you don't want to. The Law of Attraction will match life up to you. Choosing details doesn't necessarily mess it up, but the feeling, the vibration, is the important factor. Because whether it arrives in green or blue, the universe is not going to mess it up.
The breathing and meditation helps you stop hanging onto stuff. You keep living and make the wisest choices you can every day, and The Law of Attraction does the reality creation, taking all its cues from you. Breeeeathe deeply.

If you have lazy teenagers at home that stress you out, help them. Stop spending money on them, aside from shelter, food, basic school supplies and a basic wardrobe. Stop doing their laundry. They will not learn how to organize their life unless it is demanded of them. They may not be very good at it, and maybe that part of their brains aren't built yet. However, I've seen many that work, get good grades, and still have a social life, brain developed or not. They even know how to use the clothes and dish washer. And I'm not talking about just girls either.
If this is unacceptable to you, ask yourself - what in your self image is cracked by the thought of your teen children working? Don't you want them to make a little money and develop social skills? This is just an example of recognizing your motivation. And then revising your methods of achieving personal or family goals, or revising your self perception.
Stay connected to your soul. This can be simple. Look at some greenery, your garden, a beautiful picture, a family portrait. Let the beautiful reality of that sink in for a few moments. That's nurturing your spirit.

Trends have swung the other way to the point where half of society is semi-paralyzed from focusing on everything that feels bad, or felt bad once. It's complicated for some, and less so for others.
But now, both the ancients and the modern gurus agree that feelings are our ticket to ride. Not just feelings, but the much more acceptable and scientific item of vibration. Call it vibration, or frequency, which all emotions are, and great transformations in reality can be made by choosing the energy you will generate.

I know that many people will automatically think they do not have the time to come home every day, and scrapbook helpful images that relate to some outcome they desire.
The purpose here is to keep a box or book that you can collect images in. If time is short, toss in pictures of things or situations you are focusing intention on. Or quickly staple them into a notebook so you can look at them when you need reminding of that positive emotion that is going to keep your goals refreshed and alive. If it's your preference, make vision boards, decorating them with bordered or framed pictures of your desires in life.
You will from time to time attract better and clearer images of the idea you are attracting. So you can pull out old images and replace them with the new better ones. Or rip out a page from your notebook and put in an image that inspires your emotional vibration better.
This is a process and a tool to clarify your goals continually and to sustain the positive feelings. It does not have to be a work of art, although you can use a sectioned box for different categories of ideas, or a divided notebook.
Just as an example, if you are focusing on attracting a new home, go to a big home show and collect the brochures depicting the newest and best fixtures that you like. Or go to a car show, an antique show, an RV show. There are many opportunities to view and appreciate the ideas that prompt your emotional vibrations that will attract a manifesting match in the physical universe.
This image collecting method can also be applied to your intentions for the happiness of others, for well-being around the world, and other spiritual aspirations you have. You are contributing your positivity into the world consciousness.
I think one of the worst feelings is the helplessness that can be stimulated by the evening news. Thousands starving, homeless and all that. We look at situations that would cost billions to fix. We cannot do anything about it - we think.
You can start where you are. You can pray and envision a better life for everyone, with the emotion of the result.

Enthusiasm can feel exciting, or it can kind of float around you all the time in a feeling of peace. It is like a quiet excitement related to knowing. Your spiritual direction will follow your feelings. Your cup is half empty or it is half full. A more drastic viewpoint is, your life is either blessed or cursed.
Because it is radical, no matter how bad you are feeling, to commit to the thought that your life is cursed, it is easy to choose the other. Even on a day when really bad news shows up, even in the shock of a tragedy, somewhere deep inside us we know this is temporary and our life is still blessed.
In times of personal tragedy, this is especially challenging. We do need our spiritual reserves to get us through. By this I mean our basic faith in life and our family and friendships.
Even when someone dies, you can appreciate the wonderfulness of having known them. I don't say this lightly or glibly, but the appreciation you have for them is why you grieve. So in the grieving process you come back to the awareness of the appreciation. The enthusiasm, the energy of the relationship is still there in you.
In more everyday circumstances, appreciation and enthusiasm can be experienced all day long in the cultures wherein you are most likely to be reading this, right now, on a computer. Given the evening news, I do not think I have to say any more about that.
Ordinary things are so cool. Hot water, air conditioning, heat, stoves that work, public transportation and our own cars, nutritional foods in the stores.....taken for granted because they are always there. The irony is, that appreciating the ordinary things helps us attract changes that are spectacular or special, or unprecedented in our lives.

There is a stimulus response mechanism prompting both our positive and our negative emotions. The key to manifestation involves being responsive in a positive way more than in a negative way.
Without going into the creation of the world, but narrowing it down to things, and more recent history, everything that is, started in someone's imagination.
When we are planning something, our imagination is the key to manifesting it.
However, if we are engulfed in negative emotions because we HAVE to plan something that we fear or are nervous about (something unknown), or we have a phobia that we can't control, we need some intermediate steps to reaching some positive emotions.
A strong emotion IS THE KEY to manifesting, so you want to be able to feel your most positive emotions most strongly.
Do you have a few minutes a day to create your own time/space bubble? This is the prerequisite, a little time for you. It is a gift to yourself. A present.

To focus on what you have and all that is good, is to be solution oriented.
We were discussing how that, despite our intentions, because of the way we were educated, that we, (our culture in general), were taught to be able to predict problems, and then solve them. So while the intention was to learn to be solution oriented, the general emotional climate (pick any decade), and the "Lord of the Flies" climate at many public schools, produced exactly the opposite reality for many.
Why do I say that? Well look around and what do I see? Millions of internet searches a day for anything related to riches, inner peace, and The Law of Attraction. Best-sellers related to a zillion aspects of fulfillment. So something sure went wrong somewhere for a few generations of people who mostly grew up without their neighborhoods blowing up, without having to forage for food in a garbage dump, or sleep in the snow. How could we lack anything?
Well, any tv ad will tell you what you lack, right now. It is a form of hypnosis inspiring negative emotions.
Aside from that, if we have attracted what we got, and it isn't what we want.....we all know now, we have to change our focus.
So it seems like we have done the opposite for a long time - did we become problem focused so we could excel in solving problems? We didn't separate the academic side of this with the "real life" version. We were rewarded in many ways for being problem solvers. That kind of includes perpetuating problems. We did the opposite of what we needed to do to fulfill our dreams.
Not everyone, of course. But there are those million searches, million best-sellers. To get our solution-focus from someone else. The people I do business with, who learn to remove negative feelings, were, once, reading an article like this. And then they flipped over to thepositive side of the coin.
We don't need to be perfect. We just need to be solution oriented, appreciate ourselves for doing so, and engage with positive emotions because the Law of Attraction is ALWAYS working.
The News is Good News - And There Is Peace

The good news is for everyone. Take a moment every day to think about the good in your life. (It's kind of an insurance because of all the good chemicals that flow into our bodies when we do that).
Just contemplating the good news in your life is your gift to the rest of us. It's a one mind thinks all multiverse.
