Monk is an Emmy and Golden Globe winning U.S. television show about the private detective Adrian Monk (Tony Shalhoub). Monk is afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder and multiple phobias.
The show premiered on July 12, 2002, on the USA Network, and began its sixth season on July 13, 2007. Monk was created by Andy Breckman and is produced by the USA Network. Reruns of the show will start airing along with Psych, another USA Network show Sundays on NBC at 8:00 PM, starting April 6, 2008 (read more)
