    I homeschooled my daughter K-12. It was one of the greatest joys of my life. I can hardly wait to explore this constellation of homeschooling teaching lenses. (My only fear is that I will find many wonderful ideas that I will wish I had included in her education. Do you think it will be too late to teach these new ideas to my 31-year-old?)

    Wonderful concept and collection! Congratulations.
    I believe my tutorial lens on doing digital art and 3D modeling would be an appropriate addition.

    Digital art is not just for adults and making art as a lifelong practice in enhanced creativity and problem solving can't be instilled too soon. It also promotes self-confidence, self-knowledge, marketable visual communication and technical skills and self-reliance.

    While I'm not a home-schooler, I am a tutor and I've written a few math themed lenses, the first of which is http://www.squidoo.com/math_hints1 -- there are links to my other math lenses here, too. I've been told they help make these concepts easier to understand.

    Thank you for featuring my "Jack and the Bean Stalk" lens. It's nice to see some of our homeschooling efforts gathered here and recognized.

    As a new homeschooler, I have found Squidoo a wealth of information. There are so many experienced educators and homeschooling moms here! They certainly have made the transition easier for me.

    I have to admit I did not know much about homeschooling when I joined Squidoo! But now, I have such respect for these super moms - and I learn something new every time I read one of their lenses! What a brilliant bunch of homeschoolers we have here on Squidoo!
