The Missing Link: MassiveMonster Fishy Hybrid, he's the machomanfish that's gonna come to the rescue, no matter what shape he's actually in. Will Arnett is the voicetalent for this handsome fellow, you also know him as the voice of Horton from Dr. Seuss.
Ginormica: She's our 49 foot tall mutated wonder. Packin' power with every step, Susan Murphy is our illustrious female hero. Reese Witherspoon said she had a riot doing this character.
B.O.B.: Our BicarbonateOstylezeneBenzoate smartguy. Ok, he's really not that smart, but he's a grand pile of fun-loving goo! Seth Rogan is outrageous in his voicing of this blob of goo.
Insectosaurus: Able to smash giant buildings in a single bound! Sure he sounds like Godzilla but this Insectizoid is a marvel of roaring stomping action.
Dr. Cockroach, PHD: Don't let those gargantuan eyes fool you, Dr. C is the most intelligent one of the bunch. Can he lead our team to save the day? He's the Macguyver of the insect world..... Hugh Laurie lends his prodigious talents to the doc.
Gallaxhar: The alien leader bent on our destruction. He's got the biggest noggin you've ever seen and a crushing personality to match! Rainn Wilson personifies this overseer.

Homage to the Hollywood Greats!
MvA offers a ton of references and pays great homage to some of the classic MonsterMovies of our time. For the adults in the audience, the references will be a grand lark as buildings are smashed, goo seems invincible, the Golden Gate Bridge is threatened - all in honor of some of the greatest Japanese and Harryhausen flicks among others. I'm pretty sure that the Missing Link is meant to play on the "Creature from the Black Lagoon" (1954).Some of the classics:
