A Review By BookLover87

Montana Sky is one of my favorite books by Nora Roberts. As some of you who have been following my lenses may have noticed, I am a fan of fictional books about the past and about ranching or farming. This book is another one of those books with an added twist that I enjoyed reading. Willa is forced to live with her two half sisters, women she's never known before, as a stipulation to getting what her father left her. On top of that she is to be "watched over" by two men, her dad's cowboy lawyer as well as a fellow rancher, and another rancher, one she's despised her entire life. The three sisters come from different backgrounds. One sister was abused by a husband and is meek and quiet, she's happy to be away from her ex husband and doesn't think he'll be able to find her, the other one is a Miss Hollywood, a screen writer who has to wear the latest fashion, and believes in being pampered, she doesn't want to be on the ranch. Willa has only known the ranch, it's her life and it's what she loves to do. Can they survive the year and what it brings and will they become closer or only drift apart? An Excellent Read, Not for Children.

I read this book several years ago and have gone back and reread it several times. It's a classic mystery/romance and I loved it.
    Great review
