I was asked if it is Really a Dragon Bell,ie: a bell used for summoning dragons.
it must be, there sure are a lot more dragons in my yard than anywhere else in the neighborhood.
also quite a useful wind gauge, it takes a 23mph breeze to set the Moonchime to singing
Makes good doorbell too, when I'm out back and making noise, visitors can grab the baton and play a tune, everybody in the 'hood knows I have a visitor ;)
