If you're anything like I was 2 years ago then chances are the answer is yes! It may be that you're looking to gain muscle for sport, improve your health, confidence or looks... Whatever the reason, today's society is rapidly growing in terms of health and fitness awareness, and for many, the ultimate goal is to obtain a hard muscular physique!
Around two years ago I began training for a personal exercise program relating to improving my sporting performance. As time went by, days turned to weeks, weeks turned to months, and as a result, my training addiction grew. Through a combination of background research into training techniques as well as nutrition, I began to learn how to effectively add quality slabs of muscle onto my skinny frame. Within 2 years, I went from around 160lbs to over 220lbs. Net gain being 60lbs of (have to be honest with you) MOSTLY MUSCLE! Read on to find out how!

I'm not going to lie... initially my approach was pretty clueless, I would wonder from machine to machine, lift a few dumbbells, pop out a few curls and so on. Results showed, but I wasn't achieving the muscular size and FULLNESS that I hoped for. I spent days...weeks in fact, searching the web, reading books, articles and speaking to successful individuals in the gym, hungry to gain a real insight. I soon learned that in the race for muscle gain, Knowledge TRULY, and quite literally is POWER! The more of the science you learn, and your ability to apply it, the more Quality muscle you will gain! TO THIS!....in a matter of 6 months!
But here's the problem I found...a lot of the information I was reading was contradictory, i was reading all kinds of seemingly meaningful useful info, only to find another article expressing the exact opposite view. I spoke to guys who swore upon certain principles and others who believed otherwise...I soon realised that different things worked for different people, and the faster you can figure this out, the faster you can begin gaining quality slabs of muscle!
Eventually I found a program which worked and was sensitive to the individual, I stuck with it and in no time I transformed my physique! The program was so powerful that people began asking me whether I was "juicing", In a matter of months i had gained 20+ pounds, and people just couldn't figure out how! As my physique grew, so did my sporting performance, my self confidence and my ability to share knowledge with others.What I realised was that unless your following a structured plan, sensitive to individual needs (I was personally a hard gainer) your cheating yourself out of maximum muscle gains. Be consistent with your training, and more importantly nutrition, set your goals high and watch your physique grow. Become stronger, fitter and healthier!

- Thanks for the comment! as for the the pic, its a pic of me, at the peek of my bulk, identity isnt so much the issue, all the other pics are of me too, just thoughtd itd add a bit of interest and origionality!
