Welcome to my lens, my first guess for you arriving here is that you suffer of morning anxiety attacks just as I used to, and that's true it's something of the past, since I have already overcame my condition, and at least up until now it has not come back. I just hope I'll be able to help you today, or at least provide some useful insight in the matter. My Morning Anxiety... How Bad was it?
Let me tell you this, I don't how other people with the same condition as me feel, but at least for me it was horrible. Whenever I woke I just wanted to go curl under the covers of my bed, and don't get out of there ever. I just wanted to die in that same moment. Simply put, I had no energy to face the day, and I had an amazing fear of something that not even yet can I identify.As I said I don't know if you experience the same as me, but if you do you probably know this is not a pleasant experience at all. Thus, I decided to start researching for a way to cure or at least alleviate my condition. At first, my success was limited, and even under professional therapy I wasn't getting the results I had been expecting so I just kept going, kept searching, because I believed I could find something of use out there, and so it was.
Did I cure my Morning Anxiety?
Yes I did, how?, now that's the question. As I told you i spent a great deal of my time researching about ways to improve my condition, and at some time or another I was bound to find something useful and precisely that's what crossed my path. I'm talking about a therapy, system, or whichever way you want to cal it named Panicaway. I read their cover letter and they convinced me immediately, I had nothing to lose after all. Not even money, and so I started applying their techniques.After some time, I think it was around 3 or 4 days, I started seeing some results. My mornings weren't as bad as they used to be, and I was very happy since my "little experiment" hadn't unsuccessful at all and so I kept using the treatmenet. After around a month or so my morning anxiety vanished completely, and it hasn't returned even now that 4 months have passed.
My recommendation for you is as follows. If your morning anxiety attacks are as bad as mine, and you haven't been able to find a treatment to suit your needs, then go and try the one I used, I'm sure you won't be disappointed you have nothing to lose.
