Pregnancy is an exciting time for women. However, anyone who has experienced severe morning sickness nausea knows that it can be a not so much fun challenge.

Each pregnancy is different but many women including myself experience terrible nausea and upset stomach. morning sickness can last all day and night. It can be set off by smells or can just be a constant annoyance.

Fortunately there are many things that the expectant mother can use to help combating morning sickness. There are many old treatments like eating crackers before you get out of bed that work. But there are also over the counter products available to give morning sickness relief to expecting mothers.

What to do for morning sickness?

There are a few things that you can do to help the symptoms of morning sickness. Many people find that herbal tea helps as well as hard candy like lemon drops or new "prego pops" and pregnancy bands. I've listed a few on this page as well as a terrific site at the bottom of my lens which includes some ideas that you may not have thought of. The main thing to remember is that every woman and every pregnancy is different. You just need to find out what works for you. Be patient and remember once the baby is here it will all be worth it. Hang in there!
