Morristown New Jersey

Morristown New Jersey, the county seat of Morris County, is a town of about 18,000 people which is completly surrounded by Morris Twp. Residents of Morristown and Morris Twp. in many ways tend to feel like they are members of the same town. When mailing things to residents of the township, most companies address the mail as Morristown, not Morris Twp. or Convent Station which is a section of Morris Township which actually has a Post Office named Convent Station Post Office.

Morristown has been growing as of late. Maybe not in population, but in distinction, and most certainly in desirability.

The new condo projects such as Vail Mansion (which sold out in the real estate down turn) with condos from $700,000 to $1,250,000. Too Dehart Place which were 3500+ Sqft townhouse style condominiums, many of which having private elevators in each unit, and all of which having a level of luxury well above most peoples expectations. Too Vail Commons, located on Prospect and Speedwell, which offers 1 and 2 bedroom Morristown condominiums in a high rise setting. Too the new 40 Park condominium and retail development, which is barely under construction, but has managed to sell 50% of its units as of this writting.

Morristown NJ real estate especially along South Street and near the Morristown green has really become very desireable. The speed with which homes sell as well as the number of people who choose to look at Morristown homes for sale first, is a clear indication that the word is getting around. Morristown New Jersey is the place to be.
